    Abstract: Disclosed is a low-complexity linear equalization method for an Orthogonal Time Frequency Space (OTFS) system. The method may include: receiving a time domain signal passing through a linear time-varying (LTV) channel; sampling the time domain signal to obtain a sampled signal; demodulating the sampled signal to obtain a demodulated signal; performing a Symplectic Finite Fourier Transform (SFFT) on the demodulated signal to obtain a sampled delay-Doppler domain signal; determining an effective channel matrix in a delay-Doppler domain under a restriction of a rectangular window according to a time domain channel matrix; determining a linear equalization matrix according to the effective channel matrix; and equalizing the sampled delay-Doppler domain signal in a low-complexity way according to the linear equalization matrix. The disclosure also discloses a linear equalization device of an OTFS system for realizing the linear equalization method and a computer-readable storage medium.

    Abstract: Mechanisms are provided to implement a genomic database curation (GDC) system. The GDC system generates a ground truth database based on a training subset of datasets from an uncurated large scale genomic database, and label metadata for the training subset. The GDC system trains at least one classification engine of the GDC system based on the training subset and the ground truth database at least by performing a machine learning operation on the at least one classification engine. The GDC system automatically applies the at least one trained classification engine on the uncurated large scale genomic database to generate an automatically curated large scale genomic database. A meta-classifier engine generates an output specifying at least one of significant gene signatures or gene pathways for at least one of diseases or drug agents based on the automatically curated large scale genomic database.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for clay detection, clay typing, and clay volume quantification using downhole electromagnetic measurements conducted by a downhole logging tool on a formation at a low frequency less than 5000 Hz. The downhole electromagnetic measurements are used to determine permittivity data that characterizes permittivity of the formation at the low frequency less than 5000 Hz. The downhole low frequency electromagnetic measurements are nondestructive, and the results indicate it is with high sensitivity to the existence of clays.

Even when the intensity of ambient light is high, a touch can be accurately recognized in an optical touch recognition circuit, and ridge lines and valley lines can be accurately recognized in an optical fingerprint recognition circuit.
