Abstract: A ProSe information transmission method for a second terminal discovering a first terminal in a roaming state. The method includes: a first ProSe entity receives a first message sent by a first terminal, where the first message carries a ProSe application identity APP ID; sends a second message carrying the ProSe APP ID to a second ProSe entity; receives a third message carrying a first identity sent by the second ProSe entity, the first identity is a codeword or mask allocated to the ProSe APP ID by the second ProSe entity, and the first identity includes a PLMN ID of the VPLMN; generates a second identity according to the first identity, where the second identity includes the first identity and a PLMN ID of an HPLMN of the first terminal; and sends a fourth message to the first terminal, where the fourth message carries the second identity.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a user discovery method, user equipment, and a proximity service function entity, and pertains to the field of mobile communications technologies. The method includes: receiving a first message sent by monitoring UE; sending a second message to monitored UE; receiving a third message sent by the monitored UE; allocating a broadcast code word to the monitored UE; and sending a fourth message to the monitoring UE.

Abstract: A remote management method and a device, where the method includes receiving, by a subscription manager-data preparation (SM-DP+) server, a first identifier from a local profile assistant (LPA), searching for, by the SM-DP+ server, a remote profile management command corresponding to the first identifier, generating, by the SM-DP+ server, a first digital signature according to the first identifier and the remote profile management command, and sending the first digital signature and the remote profile management command to an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) using the LPA.

Abstract: An inter-user equipment discovery method, apparatus and system are disclosed. In an embodiment, the method includes sending, by first user equipment, a discovery request message to a first proximity-based service entity, wherein the discovery request message comprises initial location information of the first user equipment and receiving a discovery response message sent by the first proximity-based service entity, wherein the discovery response message comprises a first code word of the first user equipment. The method further include generating a discovery message according to location offset information and the first code word, wherein the location offset information is an offset between a current location and an initial location of the first user equipment and broadcasting the discovery message, wherein the discovery message is used by a second user equipment to determine a location of the first user equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method and a device, and relate to the communications field, to implement communication between a relay terminal and a remote terminal of a different communication group. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, a first message sent by a second terminal; when it is determined that the second terminal selects the first terminal as a relay terminal, acquiring group information corresponding to a communication group; and communicating with the second terminal according to the group information. The method embodiment is used to implement communication.

Abstract: A multi-session transfer method, a call control device, and a Service Continuity and Continuity Application Server are disclosed. In the embodiments of the present invention, in a multi-session cross-network transfer process, if a second session to be transferred includes video media, a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) server judges capabilities of a current network. If the current network is incapable of transmitting video media, the MSC server sends a request for transferring voice media of the second session to be transferred. The SCC AS receives the transfer request, and converts the second session to be transferred into voice session for transferring or releases the second session to be transferred, and therefore, the problem in the prior art of incapability of transferring the session is avoided, and the cross-network multi-session service transfer is improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a data transmission method, a device, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a relay device, first downlink data sent by a gateway; obtaining a first service identifier of the first downlink data; obtaining, according to a first mapping relationship between a service identifier and per packet priority PPP information, first PPP information corresponding to the first service identifier; and forwarding, by the relay device, the first downlink data to a remote device according to the first PPP information. PPP information of a downlink data packet can be accurately and quickly obtained, and a rate and accuracy of downlink data transmission are improved.

The method includes: acquiring, by a second terminal, a fourth code word broadcast by a first terminal, where the fourth code word is a code word that is allocated to the first terminal by a first ProSe entity; sending, by the second terminal, a first message to a second ProSe entity when the fourth code word matches a prestored code word, where the first message carries the fourth code word and a first application identity; receiving, by the second terminal, a second message sent by the second ProSe entity, where the second message carries a second identity; and discovering, by the second terminal, a first application user according to the second identity. The present disclosure is applicable to the communications field.
