Abstract: The present invention discloses a data downlink transmission method and a device, and belongs to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by an MTC-IWF device, a first message sent by a server, where the first message includes downlink data that needs to be sent to a user equipment; and acquiring, by the MTC-IWF device, locally stored serving node information of the user equipment, and sending a second message to a serving node of the UE according to the serving node information of the UE, where the second message includes the downlink data that needs to be sent to the user equipment, so that the serving node sends the downlink data to the user equipment.

Abstract: A method for network handover includes sending a first message that includes first information to a second network, where the first information is used to indicate that a user equipment needs to be handed over from a first network to the second network, so that a target gateway device allocates, to the user equipment according to at least the first information sent by the second network, a second Internet Protocol (IP) address that is the same as a first IP address and used when a second packet data network (PDN) connection is established by using the second network and the target gateway device, where the first IP address is an IP address used when the user equipment establishes a first PDN connection by using the first network and the target gateway device. Therefore, service continuity is ensured after a network handover.

Abstract: A ProSe information transmission method for a second terminal discovering a first terminal in a roaming state. The method includes: a first ProSe entity receives a first message sent by a first terminal, where the first message carries a ProSe application identity APP ID; sends a second message carrying the ProSe APP ID to a second ProSe entity; receives a third message carrying a first identity sent by the second ProSe entity, the first identity is a codeword or mask allocated to the ProSe APP ID by the second ProSe entity, and the first identity includes a PLMN ID of the VPLMN; generates a second identity according to the first identity, where the second identity includes the first identity and a PLMN ID of an HPLMN of the first terminal; and sends a fourth message to the first terminal, where the fourth message carries the second identity.

Abstract: In transmitting a device trigger message operation, a core network device receives a device trigger message sent by a first device, where the device trigger message includes information that indicates validity time of the device trigger message; when it is determined that a timer exists, compares the validity time with duration of the timer; if the validity time is greater than the duration of the timer, sends the device trigger message to a user equipment UE after the timer times out; and if the validity time is not greater than the duration of the timer, sends a message to the first device and/or discarding the device trigger message, where the message is used to indicate that triggering is rejected, or transmission fails, or device triggering fails.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a ProSe information transmission method, a terminal, and a communications device, where the method includes: acquiring, by a second terminal, a fourth code word broadcast by a first terminal, where the fourth code word is a code word that is allocated to the first terminal by a first ProSe entity; sending, by the second terminal, a first message to a second ProSe entity when the fourth code word matches a prestored code word, where the first message carries the fourth code word and a first application identity; receiving, by the second terminal, a second message sent by the second ProSe entity, where the second message carries a second identity; and discovering, by the second terminal, a first application user according to the second identity. The present invention is applicable to the communications field.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transferring media between user equipment are provided. In one embodiment, the method comprises: receiving a pull mode media transfer request initiated by the initiator user equipment, wherein the pull mode media transfer request comprises session identifier information that identifies a session associated with the media transfer; determining whether the target continuity application server is a controlee continuity application server; and when the session associated with the media transfer is a collaborative session and the target continuity application server is determined to be a controlee continuity application server, forwarding the pull mode media transfer request to a controller continuity application server that performs the media transfer. The technical solutions of the present invention may be applicable to various cases that may occur in the media transfer operation and ensures session continuity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method and a device, and relate to the communications field, to implement communication between a relay terminal and a remote terminal of a different communication group. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, a first message sent by a second terminal; when it is determined that the second terminal selects the first terminal as a relay terminal, acquiring group information corresponding to a communication group; and communicating with the second terminal according to the group information. The method embodiment is used to implement communication.

Abstract: An apparatus for repetitive use in automotive testing includes a body. The body includes a torso and a pair of legs. Each leg includes an upper portion and a lower portion pivotably connected to each other. An upper drive pivotably drives the upper portion of each of the pair of legs about a first pivot point disposed on a bottom portion of the torso. A lower drive pivotably drives the upper portion with respect to a corresponding lower portion of the leg. The frame includes a first support beam and a plurality of second support beams. The apparatus further includes an elastic member elastically coupling each of the plurality of second support beams to the first support beam so as to allow the frame to separate when impacted and be easily reassembled for further testing. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a handover method performed by a source access network device, which includes: sending, a handover request or a WLAN offload request to a UE, so that the UE determines information about a target AP according to AP information corresponding to a target RAN and information about a currently accessed AP, and sends a WLAN offload binding request carrying the information about the target AP to a target access network device in the target RAN, so as to complete a RAN handover, where the handover request or the WLAN offload request includes the AP information corresponding to the target RAN, and the AP information corresponding to the target RAN is information about an AP in a WLAN that covers, together with the target RAN, a location of the UE; and receiving a handover response or a WLAN offload response returned by the UE.

Abstract: A subscription transfer method, apparatus, and system are provided. The method includes receiving a subscription transfer request message sent by a first user equipment (UE) or a second UE, where the first UE is a target UE to which an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) subscription is transferred, and the second UE is a source UE from which the eUICC subscription is transferred; and transferring the eUICC subscription from the second UE to the first UE according to the subscription transfer request message, so that the first UE accesses an operator network according to transferred eUICC subscription data. The technical solution of the present invention can implement transfer of an eUICC subscription between UEs that use an eUICC, making it more flexible and convenient for a user to change a UE.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a session transfer method, a device and a system, which relate to the communication field and are used to solve the problem that a conference to which a session belongs cannot be controlled after the session is transferred. The technical solution provided in the present invention includes: determining whether a User Equipment (UE) has at least one session belonging to a conference during a process that a session of the UE is transferred from a source network to a target network and sending information relevant to the conference to the UE or a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) server if the UE has at least one session belonging to the conference (102). Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for data confidentiality protection based on an embedded universal integrated circuit card. An embodiment method includes determining that a terminal device is not held by an authorized user; setting an eUICC in the terminal device to an unavailable state; and instructing the eUICC to perform confidentiality protection processing on data in the eUICC.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a trigger message sending method, device and system, which relate to the field of communications technologies and can resolve a problem that a Machine Type Communications-Inter Working Function MTC-IWF device and a short message service-service center SMS-SC repeatedly send a trigger Trigger message to a user equipment UE. The method includes: receiving, by the MTC-IWF device, a delivery report sent by the SMS-SC, where the delivery report is sent to the MTC-IWF device by the SMS-SC after the SMS-SC fails to send the trigger message to the UE; and waiting, by the MTC-IWF device according to the delivery report, for the SMS-SC to resend the trigger message, or resending, by the MTC-IWF device, the trigger message according to the delivery report. The present invention is mainly used in a process of sending a trigger message.
