Abstract: The present disclosure provides a ProSe information transmission method, a terminal, and a communications device. The method includes: acquiring, by a second terminal, a fourth code word broadcast by a first terminal, where the fourth code word is a code word that is allocated to the first terminal by a first ProSe entity; sending, by the second terminal, a first message to a second ProSe entity when the fourth code word matches a prestored code word, where the first message carries the fourth code word and a first application identity; receiving, by the second terminal, a second message sent by the second ProSe entity, where the second message carries a second identity; and discovering, by the second terminal, a first application user according to the second identity. The present disclosure is applicable to the communications field.

Abstract: A method for detecting coverage of a target network, including acquiring a list of carrier frequencies of a target network that covers a position of an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) terminal; sending, to the eUICC terminal, a frequency measurement request that carries the list of carrier frequencies, so that the eUICC terminal performs frequency measurement for each carrier frequency in the list of carrier frequencies; and receiving a frequency measurement report reported by the eUICC terminal. A corresponding apparatus, including a subscription management entity, a network device, and an eUICC terminal. According to the technical solutions of the present disclosure, a coverage status of a target network to be switched to can be detected before switching.

A second message sent by an MME is received by a P-GW, where the second message includes a first identifier of remote UE; an uplink packet filter of the remote UE is determined according to the first identifier of the remote UE; and an uplink TFT of relay UE is determined, where the uplink TFT includes the uplink packet filter of the remote UE, and the uplink packet filter of the remote UE is used by the relay UE to map an uplink data packet of the remote UE to an EPS bearer of the relay UE.

The device includes a disk having a first radar transparent layer opposite a second radar transparent layer and a reflective film disposed between the first radar transparent layer and the second radar transparent layer. The reflective film has a radar cross section pattern similar to that of an actual bicycle wheel when seen by automotive radar.

Abstract: A method for implementing resending of a short message includes, when an Internet Protocol short message gateway (IP-SM-GW) learns that in an Internet Protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) domain, a short message fails to be sent to a receiver, sending, by the IP-SM-GW, the short message to a service center, so that the service center stores the short message; and when the receiver corresponding to the short message changes to available status, receiving, by the IP-SM-GW, the stored short message sent by the service center, and resending the short message to the receiver through the IMS domain, thereby implementing resending of a short message request failing to be sent, improving availability of sending the short message request in the IMS, and improving user experience.

The method includes: a first ProSe entity receives a first message sent by a first terminal, where the first message carries a ProSe application identity APP ID; sends a second message carrying the ProSe APP ID to a second ProSe entity; receives a third message carrying a first identity sent by the second ProSe entity, the first identity is a codeword or mask allocated to the ProSe APP ID by the second ProSe entity, and the first identity includes a PLMN ID of the VPLMN; generates a second identity according to the first identity, where the second identity includes the first identity and a PLMN ID of an HPLMN of the first terminal; and sends a fourth message to the first terminal, where the fourth message carries the second identity.

Abstract: In transmitting a device trigger message operation, a core network device receives a device trigger message sent by a first device, where the device trigger message includes information that indicates validity time of the device trigger message; when it is determined that a timer exists, compares the validity time with duration of the timer; if the validity time is greater than the duration of the timer, sends the device trigger message to a user equipment UE after the timer times out; and if the validity time is not greater than the duration of the timer, sends a message to the first device and/or discarding the device trigger message, where the message is used to indicate that triggering is rejected, or transmission fails, or device triggering fails.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transferring media between user equipment are provided. In one embodiment, the method comprises: receiving a pull mode media transfer request initiated by the initiator user equipment, wherein the pull mode media transfer request comprises session identifier information that identifies a session associated with the media transfer; determining whether the target continuity application server is a controlee continuity application server; and when the session associated with the media transfer is a collaborative session and the target continuity application server is determined to be a controlee continuity application server, forwarding the pull mode media transfer request to a controller continuity application server that performs the media transfer. The technical solutions of the present invention may be applicable to various cases that may occur in the media transfer operation and ensures session continuity.
