Abstract: A method for network handover includes sending a first message that includes first information to a second network, where the first information is used to indicate that a user equipment needs to be handed over from a first network to the second network, so that a target gateway device allocates, to the user equipment according to at least the first information sent by the second network, a second Internet Protocol (IP) address that is the same as a first IP address and used when a second packet data network (PDN) connection is established by using the second network and the target gateway device, where the first IP address is an IP address used when the user equipment establishes a first PDN connection by using the first network and the target gateway device. Therefore, service continuity is ensured after a network handover.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for transmitting data. The method includes: determining, after receiving a first message sent by a user equipment, whether first indication information is set, where the first indication information indicates that a server buffers downlink data to be sent to the user equipment; and when determining that the first indication information is set, retaining a signaling connection to the user equipment, and triggering the server that buffers the downlink data to send the downlink data to the user equipment. The method and device for transmitting data according to the embodiments of the present invention can save power of a user equipment.

Abstract: In a method for updating data of a server, the server receives a modification operation from a client device communicating with the server. Data corresponding to the modification operation is obtained, and a database of the server for storing the obtained data is determined. The server further sends a prompt to the client device for confirming a successful modification of the obtained data, and updates the obtained data to the determined database and other databases that share the obtained data with the determined database.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for data confidentiality protection based on an embedded universal integrated circuit card. An embodiment method includes determining that a terminal device is not held by an authorized user; setting an eUICC in the terminal device to an unavailable state; and instructing the eUICC to perform confidentiality protection processing on data in the eUICC.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method, a system, and a device for transmitting information. The transmission method includes receiving a first request message. The first request message includes first information, which includes trigger information and/or small data. A paging message is sent to a terminal device. A second request message is sent by the terminal device according to the paging message. The first information is sent to the terminal device after receiving the second request message.

Abstract: A computing device recognizes text data from an image file using an optical character recognition (OCR). The computing device processes the recognized text data using a fault-tolerant lexicon to extract key text. The computing device verifies that text data of a text file match the text data of the image file, upon the condition that the text data of the text file comprises the key text.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a handover method performed by a source access network device, which includes: sending, a handover request or a WLAN offload request to a UE, so that the UE determines information about a target AP according to AP information corresponding to a target RAN and information about a currently accessed AP, and sends a WLAN offload binding request carrying the information about the target AP to a target access network device in the target RAN, so as to complete a RAN handover, where the handover request or the WLAN offload request includes the AP information corresponding to the target RAN, and the AP information corresponding to the target RAN is information about an AP in a WLAN that covers, together with the target RAN, a location of the UE; and receiving a handover response or a WLAN offload response returned by the UE.

Abstract: A reminding method, a terminal, a cloud server, and a system are provided that relate to the field of mobile communications technologies and are capable of displaying reminder content to a user at proper time when the user is uncertain about a reminding time or reminding place, thereby improving user experience. The reminding method of a terminal includes: extracting, by a terminal, a keyword of reminder content input by a user; monitoring and parsing, by the terminal, received real-time content; and if the real-time content includes the keyword, displaying, by the terminal, the reminder content that includes the keyword.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a session processing method, device, and communication system. The session processing method includes: when a first User Equipment (UE) is to set up an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) session with a second UE, triggering setup of an unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) transaction between a Circuit Switched (CS) network and the first UE; and sending, by using the USSD transaction, an I1 protocol message used to bear IMS session control signaling. With the technical solutions of the present invention, when a UE is to set up an IMS session, a USSD transaction is set up between the UE and the CS network; I1 protocol messages exchanged between the UE and the Service Centralization and Continuity (SCC) Application Server (AS) (SCC-AS) are sent reliably by using the USSD transaction, which facilitates reliable control over IMS services.

Abstract: In a file distribution method using a control server in connection to file servers, file categories are preset and the file servers are classified into the file categories. When a file is received, a file category of the received file is determined, and the received file is distributed to a target file server according to the determined file category. The method determines a load value of each of the file servers according to a number of files to be processed in each of the file servers. A specified file server whose load value is equal to a threshold value is determined, and an overload file server having a greatest load value is determined. The method distributes files to be processed in the overload file server to the specified file servers according to a predetermined percentage.

Abstract: At least two task servers connect to a database server. The database server includes a task list. A task server accesses the task list to search a task which is an earliest presenting task. When the searched task has not been executed, the task server marks the searched task with a serial number of the task. The task server records an execution start time of the searched task. When a time of executing the searched task is more than a predefined time, the task server prompts a user to deal with an error of the task server.

When a system time of the backup server exceeds an earliest predefined time of the corresponding program in the backup server and a handling item with the earliest predefined handling time in the backup server is the same as the handling item which is in error in the server, the backup server is switched as a new host server and the host server is switched as a new backup server.

Abstract: In a method for displaying an examination process of a patent application, one or more examination files of the patent application are obtained. The method obtains contents of each examination file, determines one or more rejected claims in each examination file by analyzing the contents of each examination file, and creates rejection information corresponding to each rejected claim. The method further creates a node for each examination file according to a preset mode, displays the rejection information of the rejected claims in a specific examination file on a display device when a node of the specific examination file is selected.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for implementing resending of a short message, including: when an Internet Protocol short message gateway (IP-SM-GW) learns that in an Internet Protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) domain, a short message fails to be sent to a receiver, sending, by the IP-SM-GW, the short message to a service center, so that the service center stores the short message; and when the receiver corresponding to the short message changes to available status, receiving, by the IP-SM-GW, the stored short message sent by the service center, and resending the short message to the receiver through the IMS domain, thereby implementing resending of a short message request failing to be sent, improving availability of sending the short message request in the IMS, and improving user experience.

The query data are stored in a data container of the web document, the query data are loaded from the data container of the web document to a preset image document, first types of elements that draw specified graphic shapes and second types of elements that display the query data on the specified graphic shapes are created. An SVG image is created using the first types and the second types of elements, and the SVG image is displayed on a display screen of the client device.

Abstract: In a method for controlling movement of scalable vector graphics (SVG) images which allows display and examination of all parts of an SVG image even when zoomed in, an image display area and an event detection area for the SVG image are determined on a display device. An updated position of the image display area is determined according to current coordinates of a cursor of a mouse on the display device when a mouse event is detected in the event detection area. The SVG image is displayed at an updated position of the image display area, to generate a drag operation of the SVG image on the display device.

An office action of a patent application A is received, and mentioned prior art is automatically recognized from the office action. Basic information of the mentioned prior art and one or more related patent applications of the patent application A are also obtained. One or more of the related patent applications that are required to be submitted as the mentioned prior art are determined. The basic information of the mentioned prior art is inserted into a generated blank form, and then the completed form is submitted to the patent office.
