    Abstract: A programmable two-dimensional simultaneous multi-beam optically operated phased array receiver chip is manufactured based on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) and indium phosphide (InP) semiconductor manufacturing processes, including the SiN process. The InP-based semiconductor is used for preparing a laser array chip and a semiconductor optical amplifier array chip, the SiN is used for preparing an optical power divider, and the SOI semiconductor is used for preparing a silicon optical modulator, a germanium-silicon detector, an optical wavelength multiplexer, a true delay line, and other passive optical devices. The whole integration of the receiver chip is realized through heterogeneous integration of the InP-based chip and the SOI-based chip. Simultaneous multi-beam scanning can be realized through peripheral circuit programming control.

    Abstract: The invention belongs to scene segmentation's field in computer vision and is a depth-aware method for mirror segmentation. PDNet successively includes a multi-layer feature extractor, a positioning module, and a delineating module. The multi-layer feature extractor uses a traditional feature extraction network to obtain contextual features; the positioning module combines RGB feature information with depth feature information to initially determine the position of the mirror in the image; the delineating module is based on the image RGB feature information, combined with depth information to adjust and determine the boundary of the mirror. This method is the first method that uses both RGB image and depth image to achieve mirror segmentation in an image. The present invention has also been further tested. For mirrors with a large area in a complex environment, the PDNet segmentation results are still excellent, and the results at the boundary of the mirrors are also satisfactory.

The composition of the present invention contains daidzein and quercetin derivatives, and the quercetin derivative is taxifolin or 3-O-methyl quercetin, where the mass ratio of the daidzein to the taxifolin is 8:25-10:25; and the mass ratio of the daidzein to the 3-O-methyl quercetin is 8:2-8:4. The composition of the present invention has an obvious synergistic effect of inhibiting ?-glucosidase, and the effect thereof is better than that of using the flavonoid compound alone, and may reduce a dosage of the use of drugs and occurrence of drug resistance.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an image encryption method based on an improved class boosting scheme, which comprises the following steps: acquiring parameters of a hyperchaotic system according to plaintext image information; generating weights required by class perceptron networks through the plain text image information; bringing the parameters into the hyperchaotic system to obtain chaotic sequences, and shuffling the chaotic sequences by a shuffling algorithm; pre-processing the chaotic sequences after shuffling to obtain a sequence required by encryption: and bringing a plaintext image and the sequence into an improved class boosting scheme to obtain a ciphertext image, wherein the improved class boosting scheme is realized based on the class perception networks. The method solves the problems that update and prediction functions in an original boosting network are too simple and easy to predict or the like, so as to obtain the ciphertext image with higher information entropy.

    Abstract: A 6.4 Tbps silicon-based photonics engine transceiver chip module for high-speed optical communication manufactured based on processing techniques of semiconductors such as silicon-on-insulator (SOI) and indium phosphide (InP). The photonics engine transceiver chip module uses a silicon photonic chip as a substrate, and optical chips of an InP laser and an optical amplifier are heterogeneously integrated with the silicon photonic chip through bonding or flip-chip soldering. As a pump light source, the laser generates a soliton-based optical frequency comb by using an ultra-low loss silicon nitride (SiN) resonator cavity, and can be used as a multi-wavelength laser. This reduces use of a single-wavelength laser chip, reduces a power consumption and heat conduction of a laser in an optical chip of a photonic engine, and improves an integration level of an optical device. The optical frequency comb generates an optical carrier with wide bandwidth coverage and a large quantity of wavelengths.

The multi-sensor don/doff detection system can use a combination of a proximity sensor, an inertial measurement unit (IMU), and an eye tracking/face tracking (ET/FT) unit to make these determinations. However, when both the ET/FT system and proximity sensor system are active, they can have system coexistence issues. Thus, only one of these systems can be used simultaneously. The multi-sensor don/doff detection system can more accurately identify don events by using input from the proximity sensor and the IMU. The multi-sensor don/doff detection system can also more accurately identify doff events by using input from the IMU and either A) the proximity sensor when the ET/FT system is disabled or B) the ET/FT system when the ET/FT system is enabled.
