    Abstract: The present invention discloses a graph partitioning system for running neural networks on resource constrained hardware systems. The graph partitioning system used for partitioning a neural network graph into a series of sub-graphs and further allow the multiple sub-graphs to be executed in available hardware subsystems. The system based on cost function as estimated computation time and memory bandwidth of partitioned sub-graphs. The graph partitioning system is a cycle estimation model of hardware that can run fast and parameterize memory latency. The graph partitioning system supports heterogeneous partition for different type accelerators such as CPU, GPU, ASIC. The present invention also discloses a method for partitioning neural network graph in to series of sub-graphs.

The fabricating method includes: providing a substrate including an array region and a peripheral region; and forming, on the substrate, a first mask layer covering the array region and the peripheral region, the first mask layer having a first device structure pattern directly facing the array region and a second device structure pattern directly facing the peripheral region. Through the method for fabricating a semiconductor structure, the first mask layer having the first device structure pattern and the second device structure pattern is formed on the substrate, and then the substrate is etched by using the first device structure pattern and the second device structure pattern as mask layer to synchronously form a peripheral region structure and an array region structure on the substrate.

The chamber includes a constant pressure valve, an excitation circuit, and a port. A computer controls the positioning device to perform positioning, afterwards, the fixing buckle is opened, the telescopic rod is started, the longer rod is jacked into a position in the hole, and oil is injected into a hydraulic expansion capsule. After blocking of the hole is completed, water is injected into the water injection opening. The port is opened to inject a mixed-phase fluid. The port is closed, the excitation circuit is started, and after a pressure rises to a set value, the constant pressure valve is opened.

This example method includes determining that a transmit subframe is to be shortened, relative to the predetermined number of symbol intervals and, in response to this determination, shortening transmission of the transmit subframe by not transmitting during a beginning portion of the subframe interval for the transmit subframe and transmitting during the remainder of the subframe interval.
