    Abstract: The present application provides a gate driving unit circuit and a method of driving the same, a gate driving circuit and a display apparatus. The gate driving unit circuit includes a shift register and a plurality of driving signal output sub-circuits. Each driving signal output sub-circuit corresponds to one of gate lines on an array substrate, is coupled to a first power supply terminal and a signal output terminal of the shift register, and also coupled to a corresponding one of driving scan signal lines. Each driving signal output sub-circuit is configured to output, under the control of a signal output by the signal output terminal of the shift register, a driving scan signal provided by the corresponding driving scan signal line or an OFF voltage provided by the first power supply terminal to the corresponding gate line.

    Abstract: A system and method of Random-Access Response, RAR, messaging when a base station employs narrow beamforming. Multiple RAR messages are successively transmitted from the base station to a User Equipment, UE, before any response to a RAR message is received from the UE. Thus, despite any calibration mismatch between Uplink, UL, and Downlink, DL, beams in the beamformed system, a RAR message is not only received by the UE, but is received over the most-suitable DL beam for that UE. Each RAR message may contain a message-specific scheduling-delay indicator in the UL grant carried in the RAR message to provide an adjustable time delay for the UE's uplink transmission scheduled by the UL grant. Multiple RAR transmissions can schedule a single UL transmission at a specific time instance or different UL transmissions at different time intervals. The UE may report to the base station the best DL RAR transmission detected by the UE.

The radiator is fixed to the balun support and includes a plurality of low-frequency oscillator arms circumferentially distributed along the balun support. Each of the low-frequency oscillator arms includes two radiating sections connected to each other and a connecting section connecting the two radiating sections to form a closed loop. The two radiating sections are substantially perpendicular to each other. The antenna oscillator unit of some embodiments can avoid mutual coupling of signals from the antenna oscillator unit and an adjacent high-frequency oscillator and can improve the capability to radiate electromagnetic signals.

The magnetorheological damper uses the ultrasonic motor to drive the permanent magnet to rotate to adjust the overlap ratio of the permanent magnet and the orifices, that is, to adjust the number of the orifices entering the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, so as to change the damping intensity of the damper. After rotating in place, the ultrasonic motor can be powered off and self-locked.
