Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting user equipments (UEs) may transmit a sidelink indication signal including a sequence (for example, wakeup signal or go-to-sleep signal) for a receiving UE to determine whether to monitor for scheduling sidelink control information (SCI) messages in one or more sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) on durations that overlap in time. The receiving UE may determine (for example, based on an initial value in the sequence, the resource on which the sequence was received, among other examples) a location of an on duration, and may perform a DRX operation (for example, may wake up or may go to sleep) during the on duration.

Abstract: A Channel Access Indicator (CAI) may be employed in New Radio Unlicensed (NR-U) to indicate channel occupation by a node to nodes outside its cell, indicate channel occupation by a node to nodes within its cell to aid spectral reuse, and to trigger a handshake between nodes within a cell to ensure that receiver has clear channel to transmit and receive.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for identifying an S-characteristic of a pump turbine and a control method. The method for identifying an S-characteristic of a pump turbine includes: collecting a set of state parameters of the pump turbine at a preset time interval, wherein the state parameters comprise a flow rate and a rotation speed of the pump turbine; calculating a slope of a relationship curve between the rotation speed and the flow rate of the pump turbine within a current preset time interval; and determining, according to the positivity or negativity and an absolute value of the slope, whether the pump turbine enters an S-characteristic region.

Abstract: A method and device for a load rejection test for a pumped storage group, an apparatus and a medium. The method includes: determining a probability distribution model of at least one known random variable corresponding to a target pumped storage group, and determining an origin moment of the target random variable based on each probability distribution model; determining semi-invariants of the target random variable based on the origin moment of the target random variable; determining a probability density function of the target random variable based on the semi-invariants, and determining an overall offset risk value of the target random variable; determining an objective function based on the overall offset risk value, and determining a combination of target decision contents in the load rejection test for the target pumped storage group, so as to perform the load rejection test on the target pumped storage group.

Abstract: A device and method for starting a pumped storage group, and a pumped storage system are disclosed. The device includes: an acquisition module configured to acquire starting data of the group in real time; a first determination module configured to determine a real-time speed versus time curve for the group based on the starting data; and a correction module configured to correct a starting speed of the group based on a deviation between a reference speed versus time curve cluster and the real-time speed versus time curve. The real-time speed of the group during starting is visualized through a curve fitting procedure to form the real-time speed versus time curve, the real-time speed versus time curve is compared with a favorable history operation curve, and the deviation between the real-time speed versus time curve and the favorable history operation curve is corrected to adjust the starting speed of the group.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a controller that generates a configuration base address register (BAR) allocation lookup table in a first memory, such as SRAM. The configuration BAR allocation lookup table includes at least one BAR configuration entry associated with each of a plurality of peripheral devices wherein each BAR configuration entry includes configuration data for configuring at least one corresponding physical BAR associated with a corresponding peripheral device. The controller configures one or more physical BARs based on the configuration data in the configuration BAR allocation lookup table. Associated methods are also presented.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE), such as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (e.g., a source UAV), may initiate a unicast link establishment procedure with another UAV (e.g., a target UAV), which may enable the UAVs to communicate according to an air-to-everything (A2X) service type. The source UAV may transmit a direct communication request (DCR) message to the target UAV that includes an application-layer identifier (ID) that is unique to the target UAV. The source UAV may derive the application-layer ID for the target UAV from a UE-specific ID that is unique to the target UAV. Alternatively, the source UAV may transmit a DCR message that excludes target UAV information. Instead, the DCR message may indicate one or more proximity parameters associated with the source UAV. The UAVs may communicate unicast messages via the unicast link according to A2X configurations and communication parameters.

Abstract: A method and device for a pumping start test for a pumped storage engine, and an apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a switch state of guide vanes of the pumped storage engine; controlling the pumping start of the engine to enter a first stage according to the switch state of the guide vanes, and obtaining parameters related to the first stage, to determine a first-stage test result; controlling the pumping start of the engine to enter a second stage according to the first-stage test result, and obtaining parameters related to the second stage, to determine a second-stage test result; controlling the pumping start of the engine to enter a third stage according to the second-stage test result, and obtaining parameters related to the third stage to determine a final test result. The first stage, the second stage and the third stage correspond to different speeds of the engine.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a consistent listen-before-talk (LBT) failure indication that includes a bitmap, wherein a bit in the bitmap corresponds to a resource block (RB) set, and the bit indicates whether the RB set is associated with consistent LBT failure. The UE may perform a sidelink communication based at least in part on scheduling, wherein the scheduling is based at least in part on the consistent LBT failure indication. Disclosed is the method for determining whether the container of the plant is suitable for plant maintenance, including: identifying a shape of the container and calculating actual size information of the container based on an image including the container acquired by a camera and associated camera information; identifying a species of the plant based on an image including the plant; and determining whether the actual size information of the container is within a container size range suitable for the identified species based on the identified species, the identified shape of the container, and the calculated actual size information of the container, so as to determine whether the container is suitable for plant maintenance.

Abstract: Provided are an object identification method, apparatus, and device. The object identification method comprises: acquiring a first image of at least part of an object; determining a feature portion of the object on the basis of the first image; acquiring a second image of the feature portion of the object; and identifying an object category of the object on the basis of the second image. According to the object identification method, apparatus, and device, in which a feature portion of an object is acquired and identification of the category of the object is performed on the basis of the feature portion, operations are simple, and the accuracy of object identification can be effectively improved.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for inter-system mobility in integrated LTE and trusted WLAN access networks (TWAN). An X2? interface, adapted for both control plane and user plane communications, exists between an eNB and WLAN access point. A WLAN that has a UE attached thereto that is communicating with an EPC communicates over the X2? interface with an C(H)eNB to handover communications from the WLAN to the (H)eNB. Similarly, an (H)eNB that has a UE attached thereto communicates over the X2? interface with a WLAN to handover communications from the (H)eNB to the WLAN.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first sidelink device may obtain an absolute time. The first sidelink device may perform a ranging session on a first sidelink connection with a second sidelink device to obtain a first propagation delay between the first sidelink device and the second sidelink device. The first device may generate a first corrected absolute time for the second sidelink device based at least in part on the absolute time and the first propagation delay such that the second sidelink device will also have the absolute time. The first sidelink device may transmit the first corrected absolute time to the second sidelink device in a first message on the first sidelink connection. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media that modify digital images via scene-based editing using image understanding facilitated by artificial intelligence. For example, in one or more embodiments the disclosed systems utilize generative machine learning models to create modified digital images portraying human subjects. In particular, the disclosed systems generate modified digital images by performing infill modifications to complete a digital image or human inpainting for portions of a digital image that portrays a human. Moreover, in some embodiments, the disclosed systems perform reposing of subjects portrayed within a digital image to generate modified digital images. In addition, the disclosed systems in some embodiments perform facial expression transfer and facial expression animations to generate modified digital images or animations.
