    Abstract: A device and method for starting a pumped storage group, and a pumped storage system are disclosed. The device includes: an acquisition module configured to acquire starting data of the group in real time; a first determination module configured to determine a real-time speed versus time curve for the group based on the starting data; and a correction module configured to correct a starting speed of the group based on a deviation between a reference speed versus time curve cluster and the real-time speed versus time curve. The real-time speed of the group during starting is visualized through a curve fitting procedure to form the real-time speed versus time curve, the real-time speed versus time curve is compared with a favorable history operation curve, and the deviation between the real-time speed versus time curve and the favorable history operation curve is corrected to adjust the starting speed of the group.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE), such as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (e.g., a source UAV), may initiate a unicast link establishment procedure with another UAV (e.g., a target UAV), which may enable the UAVs to communicate according to an air-to-everything (A2X) service type. The source UAV may transmit a direct communication request (DCR) message to the target UAV that includes an application-layer identifier (ID) that is unique to the target UAV. The source UAV may derive the application-layer ID for the target UAV from a UE-specific ID that is unique to the target UAV. Alternatively, the source UAV may transmit a DCR message that excludes target UAV information. Instead, the DCR message may indicate one or more proximity parameters associated with the source UAV. The UAVs may communicate unicast messages via the unicast link according to A2X configurations and communication parameters.

The first device may generate a first corrected absolute time for the second sidelink device based at least in part on the absolute time and the first propagation delay such that the second sidelink device will also have the absolute time.     Abstract: Systems and methods for PDCCH reliability are disclosed. The PDCCH may be improved by introducing multi-TRP, multi-beam or repeated, PDCCH transmission and reception. In some methods and systems, PDCCH is transmitted on multiple CORESETs (Control Resource Set), where each CORESET is associated with a TCI state. In some cases, it is beneficial if a UE can determine that multiple received DCIs are duplicates, in order not to duplicate the corresponding UE action. Methods and systems for DCI duplication determination are disclosed. In some methods and systems, PDCCH is transmitted in a single CORESET, where the CORESET is associated with multiple TCI states. Various ways to apply the different TCI states to different disjoint frequency parts of the CORESET or the whole CORESET are proposed. Furthermore, the TCI state used for PDCCH may be used for subsequent PDSCH reception as well, in some cases.
