Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Some aspects more specifically relate to consistent listen-before-talk (LBT) failure recovery for sidelink communications. In some aspects, a medium access control (MAC) layer may transmit, and a physical (PHY) layer may receive, an indication to perform LBT sensing for one or more resource block sets associated with a consistent LBT failure. The indication to perform LBT sensing may be an indication to perform LBT sensing for sidelink communications without transmitting data. The PHY layer may transmit, and the MAC layer may receive, a result of the LBT sensing. In some aspects, the indication to perform the LBT sensing may be an indication to perform Type 1 LBT sensing or an indication to perform Type 2 LBT sensing, and/or may indicate a quantity of LBT sensing operations to be performed.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices may assist in broadcast, multicast, or unicast on sidelink for 5G eV2X. The following mechanisms for broadcast, multicast, or unicast on sidelink for Vehicle to everything (V2X). Broadcast on sidelink may include methods, systems, or devices for broadcast occasions or monitoring window. Multicast on sidelink may include methods, systems, or devices for multicast occasions or group ID. Unicast on sidelink may include methods, systems, or devices for unicast occasions, UE ID, transmitter initiated transmission, or receiver initiated. Methods, systems, or devices may use communication occasions for platooning.

Abstract: Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes may be transmitted via configured grants as well as scheduled grants. The configured grants may include time and frequency resources, and transmissions may occur across contiguous transmissions. HARQ process information, such as HARQ IDs and redundancy versions, may be communicated via a control channel, and the control channel may be multiplexed with the transmission resources of the configured grants. Retransmission timers may be used for HARQ processes conveyed via configured grants, and the transmitting apparatus may signal to a receiver when to send an acknowledgement. An acknowledgement may take the form of bitmaps for code block groups of a HARQ. A configured grant may be selected from among multiple configured grants based upon low latency, for example. A group of configured grants may be activated or deactivated via a single command.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus designed to support flexible carrier bandwidths in new radio. Multiple carrier bands may be combined into a single composite carrier depending on channel availability in the carrier bands. A composite carrier indicator (CCI) indicates to network devices, the available carrier bands within the channel occupancy time. In addition, bandwidth part inactivity time is suspended when channel access is not available.

Abstract: A user equipment device (UE) initiates the creation of a dedicated bearer between a local gateway (L-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW). A GTP tunnel is established to connect the L-GW, a serving gateway (S-GW), and the P-GW. The L-GW and P-GW apply Network Address Translation (NAT) and/or Traffic Flow Template (TFT) to route the traffic between the LS and a Service Capacity Server/Application Server (SCS/AS). Alternatively, an SCS-initiates the bearer creation, and an SCEF manages the creation of the GTP tunnel connection. The L-GW may be co-located with an Evolved UTRAN Node B (eNB) and/or connected to multiple eNBs which are not co-located with the L-GW.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for transmitting a first message to a transmitting (TX) UE for discontinuous reception (DRX) by the RX UE for sidelink (SL) communication with the TX UE, wherein the first message includes a DRX configuration including, for each of one or more SL connections or one or more network connections, one or more of a cycle duration and start offset, a slot offset, an on duration length, an inactivity timer duration, or a maximum duration of active timer and a radio frequency (RF) capability of the RX UE including one or more of a number of simultaneous RF chains, a number of beams configured for DRX, angular separations of beams configured for DRX, or power leakage values.

Abstract: User equipment (UE) in beam-centric telecommunications cell may use a variety of listen-before-talk (LBT) procedures and hybrid channel access procedures for uplink transmissions are on different beams and configured or scheduled in contiguous or non-contiguous mode. UE behavior may be based on the LBT result across the different beams. A gNB may indicate LBT occasions to UEs. The UL numerology may be adjusted without LBT while near the end of a gNB's maximum channel occupancy time (MCOT). A gNB may use LBT procedures, before down link transmissions, using data, control, and reference signals, etc., across different beams.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for prioritizing sidelink communication transmissions. In accordance with one example embodiment, a WTRU may include a processor, configured to receive vehicle-to-x communication (V2X) configuration parameters from a V2X network node. The V2X communication parameters may be associate with sidelink communications for a V2X service. The WTRU may send a user equipment (UE) information message to a gNB. The UE information message may include quality of service (QoS) information associated with the V2X service. The WTRU may further receive a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message from the gNB. The RRC configuration message may include an indication of a logical channel to be used for communication sidelink data associated with the V2X service, and one or more logical channel configuration parameters for the logical channel to be used for communication of the sidelink data associated with the V2X service.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by a user equipment. An example method generally includes transmitting, on a sidelink channel using a first power level, a reservation of a resource for a sidelink transmission by the UE; determining to use a second power level for the reserved resource for the sidelink transmission; and transmitting on the sidelink channel on the reserved resource using the second power level.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a sidelink carrier aggregation configuration including a configuration for sidelink radio link failure (RLF) detection by: selecting one or more sidelink carriers, detecting a sidelink carrier failure associated with a failed sidelink carrier from among the one or more sidelink carriers, and recovering from the sidelink carrier failure in accordance with a reselection of at least one of the one or more sidelink carriers from among one or more candidate sidelink carriers. Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described herein for beamforming based initial access, beam management, and beam based mobility designs for NR systems. Issues are identified and addressed related to one or more of initial access, control channel design, eMBB and URLLC mixing, and beam training. The methods, systems and apparatus may include a receiving scheduling information and a preemption indication via a DCI. In addition, there may be a detecting and decoding of the preemption indication, a determining of a HARQ feedback associated, and a sending, to a network node, of the HARQ feedback.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting user equipments (UEs) may transmit a sidelink indication signal including a sequence (for example, wakeup signal or go-to-sleep signal) for a receiving UE to determine whether to monitor for scheduling sidelink control information (SCI) messages in one or more sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) on durations that overlap in time. The receiving UE may determine (for example, based on an initial value in the sequence, the resource on which the sequence was received, among other examples) a location of an on duration, and may perform a DRX operation (for example, may wake up or may go to sleep) during the on duration.

Abstract: A Channel Access Indicator (CAI) may be employed in New Radio Unlicensed (NR-U) to indicate channel occupation by a node to nodes outside its cell, indicate channel occupation by a node to nodes within its cell to aid spectral reuse, and to trigger a handshake between nodes within a cell to ensure that receiver has clear channel to transmit and receive.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for identifying an S-characteristic of a pump turbine and a control method. The method for identifying an S-characteristic of a pump turbine includes: collecting a set of state parameters of the pump turbine at a preset time interval, wherein the state parameters comprise a flow rate and a rotation speed of the pump turbine; calculating a slope of a relationship curve between the rotation speed and the flow rate of the pump turbine within a current preset time interval; and determining, according to the positivity or negativity and an absolute value of the slope, whether the pump turbine enters an S-characteristic region.

Abstract: A method and device for a load rejection test for a pumped storage group, an apparatus and a medium. The method includes: determining a probability distribution model of at least one known random variable corresponding to a target pumped storage group, and determining an origin moment of the target random variable based on each probability distribution model; determining semi-invariants of the target random variable based on the origin moment of the target random variable; determining a probability density function of the target random variable based on the semi-invariants, and determining an overall offset risk value of the target random variable; determining an objective function based on the overall offset risk value, and determining a combination of target decision contents in the load rejection test for the target pumped storage group, so as to perform the load rejection test on the target pumped storage group.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a controller that generates a configuration base address register (BAR) allocation lookup table in a first memory, such as SRAM. The configuration BAR allocation lookup table includes at least one BAR configuration entry associated with each of a plurality of peripheral devices wherein each BAR configuration entry includes configuration data for configuring at least one corresponding physical BAR associated with a corresponding peripheral device. The controller configures one or more physical BARs based on the configuration data in the configuration BAR allocation lookup table. Associated methods are also presented.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for determining whether a container of a plant is suitable for plant maintenance. Disclosed is the method for determining whether the container of the plant is suitable for plant maintenance, including: identifying a shape of the container and calculating actual size information of the container based on an image including the container acquired by a camera and associated camera information; identifying a species of the plant based on an image including the plant; and determining whether the actual size information of the container is within a container size range suitable for the identified species based on the identified species, the identified shape of the container, and the calculated actual size information of the container, so as to determine whether the container is suitable for plant maintenance.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a consistent listen-before-talk (LBT) failure indication that includes a bitmap, wherein a bit in the bitmap corresponds to a resource block (RB) set, and the bit indicates whether the RB set is associated with consistent LBT failure. The UE may perform a sidelink communication based at least in part on scheduling, wherein the scheduling is based at least in part on the consistent LBT failure indication.
