  • Publication number: 20230167495
Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying regions of aneuploidy in a tissue include obtaining nucleic acid sequence reads, each including a spatial barcode, associating the read with a feature in a two-dimensional array of features on a substrate contacting the tissue, and a unique molecular identifier (UMI). The reads serve to determine a count data structure comprising, for each of a plurality of genomic regions, a respective UMI count for each feature in the two-dimensional array of features on the substrate. For each feature in the array of features, a respective bin count is made for each respective bin in a plurality of bins corresponding to the respective feature, where the plurality of bins span a genome. Copy number state respective features in the array are determined using feature bin counts. The copy number state of each feature in the array of features serves to identify regions of tissue aneuploidy.

  • Publication number: 20230151727
Abstract: A computer implemented method of predicting a future maintenance event of a pumping equipment on a wellbore pumping unit comprising loading a pump usage log and a pump maintenance log into a predictive maintenance model. The predictive maintenance model is trained by a machine learning process with a historical database of completed pumping jobs. The predictive maintenance model determines a probability of a future maintenance event in response to the current pump usage. The unit controller displays an alert of the remaining pump life in comparison to a threshold value for a recommended pump maintenance period or a required pump maintenance period.

  • Publication number: 20230125798
Abstract: In an embodiment, a system may support programmable hashing of address bits at a plurality of levels of granularity to map memory addresses to memory controllers and ultimately at least to memory devices. The hashing may be programmed to distribute pages of memory across the memory controllers, and consecutive blocks of the page may be mapped to physically distant memory controllers. In an embodiment, address bits may be dropped from each level of granularity, forming a compacted pipe address to save power within the memory controller. In an embodiment, a memory folding scheme may be employed to reduce the number of active memory devices and/or memory controllers in the system when the full complement of memory is not needed.

  • Patent number: 11607359
Abstract: An oral irrigator including a reservoir, a handle, a housing, a bezel positioned at least partially within and secured to the housing, and an actuator operably coupled to the housing and movable relative thereto is disclosed. The actuator includes a control shaft extending from the interior surface of the face and positioned inwards from an outer perimeter of front wall. The control shaft extends through an aperture in the housing and movement of a gripping body causes the control shaft to directly actuate a switch or a pressure assembly positioned within the housing. The actuator also includes an augmentation fluid positioned between the bezel and a portion of the actuator. The augmentation fluid modifies a frictional relationship between the bezel and the actuator to provide a predefined resistance force between the actuator and the bezel as the actuator is rotated relative to the bezel.
