Abstract: The invention relates to a radial blower, with at least one axial air inlet port (1) and with a radial air outlet port (2), consisting of a housing subassembly and of a fan subassembly which comprises an electric motor (3) and a fan wheel (4), the housing subassembly having at least one holding part (5), which is arranged in the region of the axial air inlet port (1) and serves for the supporting reception of a carrying part (6) of a fan subassembly, and two shell parts (71, 72) which are connectable releasably to one another and divide the air inlet port (1) and between which the holding part (5) is fastened in the assembly state. In order to improve the mass/power ratio of a blower of this type, it is proposed that the electric motor (3) of the fan subassembly be an electronically commutated direct current motor.

Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for lining the interior of a passenger vehicle such as an airplane including a honeycomb formation of several honeycombs arranged side by side. At its end, the honeycomb body is supported by a cover layer supported above and below the honeycomb formation such that by means of two cover layers glued onto the honeycomb formation, a layer design of the honeycomb paneling is created, which layer design is arranged so as to extend parallel to the outer skin of the aircraft and follow the curvature of the outer skin. The honeycomb formation used is made of paper or aramide honeycombs or of a mixed combination of both honeycomb types; on whose cross section of the honeycomb body a CFK cover layer is positioned to both ends of the honeycomb bodies. As an alternative, further CFK insulation layers are glued onto the outer surface of the respective cover layer supported above and below the honeycomb formation, which cover layers comprise a CFK or GFK.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the production of a variant of recombinant trypsin with increased substrate specificity for arginine versus lysine in non-animal host organisms. Moreover, the present invention relates to a variant of recombinant trypsin and their production. Also provided are use of recombinant porcine pancreatic trypsin variants for cleavage of precursors of insulins, and kits containing the variant of trypsin.
