  • Patent number: 8490365
Abstract: The invention relates to an aircraft side fairing, with a component (9) in the form of individual hollow chambers (12, 13, 14) which are arranged essentially in a preferably curved plane and are arranged between two cover layers (1, 2), wherein a gastight film which completely encases the component (9) with the hollow chambers (12, 13, 14) is provided and, after application of a vacuum to evacuate the hollow chambers (12, 13, 14), surrounds the component (9) with the hollow chambers in a gastight manner.

  • Publication number: 20130020434
Abstract: An insulation package for thermal and acoustic insulation of a vehicle cabin has a cutout to allow a fastening device to pass through. An insulating element that is disposed in an area of the insulation package surrounding the cutout has an opening corresponding to the cutout for allowing a fastening device to pass through. At least part of the insulating element is aligned perpendicularly to an axis of the passthrough in the cutout and conformed so as to create a gap between a fastening device that has passed through and the insulation package. In this way, condensed water may be prevented from passing through the cutout in the insulation package and into the aircraft cabin.

  • Patent number: 8327976
Abstract: The invention pertains to an insulation structure for thermally and acoustically insulating an aircraft that features at least one heavy layer, wherein the insulation structure according to the invention is characterized in that the insulation structure comprises an additional absorption layer, in that the heavy layer is perforated at least in certain areas, and in that the perforated area ratio of the heavy layer is adapted in such a way that the heavy layer is essentially transparent to sound for frequencies below a double-wall frequency of the insulation structure. This makes it possible to dampen sound with low frequencies below the double-wall frequency as effectively as possible.

  • Patent number: 8233927
Abstract: Telecommunication system based on IP technology, comprising a primary media gateway (1), at least one secondary media gateway (2, 3) to be synchronized onto the primary media gateway (1), and several radio base stations (4-10), at each secondary media gateway (2, 3), at least one radio base station (5, 9) connected to it being provided with a device with which the radio base station (5, 9) can be synchronized onto the emission of another radio base station (4, 8) in order to regenerate the system clock and to transmit it to the connected secondary media gateway (2, 3), and each secondary media gateway (2, 3) being provided with at least one connection for a radio base station (5, 9), through which the regenerated clock can be received and used for controlling the internal clock of the secondary media gateway (2, 3).

  • Patent number: 8167564
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fan blade for axial fans with a blade body comprising an inner inlaid part and an outer blade shaped part partially enclosing said inner inlaid part. The outer blade is made of a material of lower rigidity than the inlaid part. The inlaid part is constructed as a substantially flat metal part adapted to the shape of the blade body and in the fan blade base region has an unencapsulated smooth fixing section.
