Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for localizing a user interface of a multi-function device, based on a personal storage device of a user connected to the multi-function device, wherein the multi-function device presents a user interface in a pre-defined language. The method includes receiving the personal storage device by the multi-function device, the personal storage device includes a pre-defined setting, the pre-defined setting indicates a local language of the user. Upon receiving, the personal storage device is detected by the multi-function device. The local language of the user is detected based on the pre-defined setting stored in the personal storage device of the user. Upon detection, the pre-defined language of the user interface is automatically changed to the local language of the user.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described for measurement reporting in beamformed communications. A user equipment (UE) may establish a connection with a serving cell using one or more refined beams, and may measure one or more quality metrics of the serving cell using a wider beam than the refined beam, which may provide a uniform comparison with measured quality metrics of other cells using wider beams. Further, the UE may apply a time threshold to one or more quality metric measurements to exclude older measurements from a measurement report. A base station or serving cell may configure the UE to perform quality metric measurements and apply time thresholds for reporting measurements, which may be enabled or disabled based on one or more parameters.

Abstract: A method for performing opportunistic write-back discard of single-use vector register values. The method includes executing instructions of a GPU in a default mode, detecting a beginning of a single-use section that includes instructions that produce single-use vector register values, and executing instructions in a single-use mode. The method includes discarding the write-back of a single-use vector register value if the single-use value gets forwarded either via a bypass path or via register file cache. The method includes inserting hint instructions into an executable program code that demarcates single-use sections. A system includes a microprocessor to execute instructions in the default mode. The microprocessor detects a beginning and an ending of a single-use section that includes instructions that produce single-use vector register values.

Abstract: Compositions comprising the L complex or the M complex of the botulinum neurotoxin E with its associated neurotoxin binding protein(s) (NBP), methods of making, and methods of use to treat pain and wrinkles by injecting locally. Methods of making and isolating the L and M complex comprise a multi-step process of: providing a bacterial cultured media comprising the complex of botulinum neurotoxin E and neurotoxin binding proteins; centrifuging and pelletizing the cultured media; stirring the pelletized culture at 0 to 10° C. over a period of 4 to 24 hours; centrifuging the stirred solution to obtain a supernatant; precipitating the supernatant and filtering to obtain the precipitate; and dissolving the precipitate, centrifuging and filtering to obtain a solution comprising M complex and/or L complex of botulinum neurotoxin E and its NBP; and passing the solution through a functionalized sephadex ion exchange column to isolate the complex.

Abstract: Systems and methods of mitigating one or more bodily effects of a shock condition experienced by an animal (including a human, e.g., a patient) are described. One exemplary method includes providing a device for applying non-invasive neurostimulation to the animal's trigeminal nerve. The method also includes applying the non-invasive neurostimulation to the animal's trigeminal nerve, thereby increasing oxygen flow to the animal's brain and/or reducing brain inflammation.

In accordance with the first decision being reached within a latency period, the media content clip is provided in accordance with the first decision. In accordance with the latency period being lapsed without the first decision being reached, the media content clip is provided in accordance with the default decision.

Abstract: Monitoring vibrations induced on non-rotational components, of a machine is a key requirement to ensure that the machine is well within safe operational limits. Existing approaches are sensor based and may not be practical in many practical scenarios with extreme environments. Embodiments herein provide method and system for monitoring machine health using radar based segregation for induced machine vibrations. The method provides model free a data driven approach wherein a micro Doppler signal captured by the RADAR placed in proximity of a target machine is processed and analyzed in accordance with a Wide Band Frequency Spectrum (WBFS) to estimate a rotational frequency and a translational frequency of induced machine vibrations in the target machine. Further, apply a rule engine on the estimated rotational frequency and the translational frequency to provide an alert notification to an end user when the induced machine vibrations cross the defined machine standards.

Abstract: A method of reducing cortical spreading depolarization in an animal having a brain injury includes: affixing to the animal one or more electrodes that are electrically connected to a neurostimulation device; and providing to the animal, by the neurostimulation device, via the one or more electrodes, electrical stimulation of the animal's trigeminal nerve, thereby reducing cortical spreading depolarization in the animal The method may reduce at least one detrimental effect of cortical spreading depolarization on the injured animal brain.

A service request handler module of a microservice application programming interface (API) fault manager (MAFM) invokes a microservice API fault management service in response to detecting an unresponsive microservice managed by a container orchestration platform. An API inspection module of the MAFM identifies an unresponsive API of the unresponsive microservice. A remedial action module of the MAFM determines a remedial action to correct an unresponsive state of the unresponsive API. A container platform interface module of the MAFM communicates the remedial action to the container orchestration platform.

The service provider may categorize the plurality of merchants according to the types of items offered by the respective merchants, and may further categorize the merchants according to the locations at which they conduct business. The service provider may subsequently determine a price recommendation or other pricing information for a particular item offered by a particular merchant. A merchant device of the particular merchant may present the pricing information in a user interface that enables the merchant to view projected sales at various different price points. Further, the merchant may be able to specify one or more factors used for determining the recommend price, such as a desired business model, a desired clientele, a desired profit margin, or the like.
