  • Publication number: 20210373897
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for address manipulation using indices and tags. A first index is generated from bits of a processor program counter, where the first index is used to access a branch predictor bimodal table. A first branch prediction is provided from the bimodal table, based on the first index. The first branch prediction is matched against N tables, where the tables contain prior branch histories, and where: the branch history in table T(N) is of greater length than the branch history of table T(N-1), and the branch history in table T(N-1) is of greater length than the branch history of table T(N-2). A processor address is manipulated using a greatest length of hits of branch prediction matches from the N tables, based on one or more hits occurring. The branch predictor address is manipulated using the first branch prediction from the bimodal table, based on zero hits occurring.

  • Publication number: 20210346292
Abstract: The main aspect of present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition to increase the stability of liquid formulation of botulinum toxin and related proteins. The present invention provides a method to stabilize toxin in liquid formulation. Lipid based drug delivery system is known to increase the bioavailability of drugs (Amidon et al., 1995; Jannin et al., 2008). We investigated the stability of BoNT/A toxin and complex. We used two formulations in liquid phase: combination of lipids and liposomes, with two different storage conditions: 4° C. and 25° C. The present invention also provides a method for efficient delivery of botulinum toxin through skin as a topical application.

  • Patent number: 11126572
Abstract: A method and architecture to write data between a source and destination by memory mapped writes or streaming packets between any of a host, a peripheral or a sub-peripheral device. A stream address is used to write the data to a memory of the destination without the source being aware of physical addresses of destination memory, i.e., memory descriptors or pointers are not used, allowing the destination to manage its own memory. The stream address may enable streaming data packets over interconnects that may not allow packet streaming by dividing a data packet into data chunks and including a stream address for each chunk. The stream address for a given packet includes a repeated first portion indicating the destination and a varied second portion indicating variable information for each data chunk such as start of packet (SoP) and end of packet (EoP) identifiers.
