  • Publication number: 20250024218
Abstract: Techniques include providing a user with a set of loudspeakers on a sphere and playing back sound from the set of loudspeakers one at a time. For each loudspeaker, the user points in a direction at which the user perceives the sound. The HRTF corresponding to a new direction based on the perceived direction is used instead, or the original HRTF at the perceived direction is used. In some implementations, the new direction is obtained from the perceived direction via a barycentric mapping. In some implementations, a difference between the new direction and the perceived direction is equal to a difference between the perceived direction and the original direction.

  • Patent number: 12200941
Abstract: The memory bit-cell formed using the ferroelectric capacitor results in a taller and narrower bit-cell compared to traditional memory bit-cells. As such, more bit-cells can be packed in a die resulting in a higher density memory that can operate at lower voltages than traditional memories while providing the much sought after non-volatility behavior. The pillar capacitor includes a plug that assists in fabricating a narrow pillar.

Abstract: The technology generally relates to spatial audio communication between devices. For example, a first device and a second device may be connected via a communication link. The first device may capture audio signals in an environment through two or more microphones. The first device may encode the captured audio with spatial configuration data. The first device may transmit the encoded audio via the communication link to the second device. The second device may decode the encoded audio into binaural or ambisonic audio to be output by one or more speakers of the second device. The binaural or ambisonic audio may be converted into spatial audio to be output. The second device may output the binaural or spatial audio to create an immersive listening experience.

  • Patent number: 12200496
Abstract: Embodiments are described herein for transferring a subscriber identity module (SIM) or electronic SIM (eSIM) profile securely from a source device to a target device with verifiable signatures generated by secure hardware elements of the source device contingent on receipt of a secure intent gesture. Trustworthiness of the profile transfer is based on a mobile network operator (MNO) entitlement server releasing a transfer token after verification of a message signed by an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) of the source device. The eUICC signs the message only after verifying a message from a secure enclave processor (SEP) of the source device that signs the message based on receipt of the secure intent gesture via a secure interface. To validate communication between the SEP and the eUICC, an asymmetric cryptographic key pair generated by the SEP is bound to a unique eUICC identifier (EID) value of the eUICC.

  • Patent number: 12199835
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a central management plane (CMP) of one or more processors for regulating streams of data from each of a number of network nodes of a distributed network. The one or more processors can train and deploy machine learning models across the network nodes, and the CMP can generate policies for each network node. The generated policies specify how a network node is to transmit data to the platform for further training or retraining of the deployed machine learning models. The CMP generates the policies using metric data characterizing each network node and respective streams of input data, and are generated based on a number of objectives, including model output quality of the deployed models, and operational cost to transmit and process streams of data across the distributed network.

  • Patent number: 12198017
Abstract: A system for assessing a data model includes a data receiver, a model receiver, and a model assessment device. The data receiver receives training data, historical data, and production data. The model receiver receives the data model associated with the historical data and trained using the training data. The historical data includes a first outcome of the data model provided based on an input feature in the production data. The model assessment device identifies a key feature in the production data relative to the input feature based on a target category in the historical data and a statistical distribution of the input feature in the production data. The model assessment device determines a second outcome of the data model based on the key feature. In response to the second outcome being different from the first outcome, the model assessment device determines a veracity score for assessing the data model.

  • Patent number: 12190946
Abstract: A disturb mitigation scheme is described for a 1TnC or multi-element ferroelectric gain bit-cell where after writing to a selected capacitor of the bit-cell, a cure phase is initiated. Between the cure phase and the write phase, there may be zero or more cycles where the selected word-line, bit-line, and plate-lines are pulled-down to ground. The cure phase may occur immediately before the write phase. In the cure phase, the word-line is asserted again just like in the write phase. In the cure phase, the voltage on bit-line is inverted compared to the voltage on the bit-line in the write phase. By programming a value in a selected capacitor to be opposite of the value written in the write phase of that selected capacitor, time accumulation of disturb is negated. This allows to substantially zero out disturb field on the unselected capacitors of the same bit-cell and/or other unselected bit-cells.
