Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for extraction of oil from the Valeriana jatamansi Jones by Supercritical Fluid extraction (SFE) process with and without co-solvent. The extraction method is performed on the comminuted Valeriana jatamansi Jones using different mesh size of root/rhizome under a pressure ranging from about 220-360 bar and temperature about 45° C. utilizing carbon dioxide as a supercritical fluid. Further the volatile fractions are separated from the supercritical fluid at reduced pressure in the range of about 10-60 bar. Later the same material has been extracted with polar solvent (ethanol) as the co-solvent. The qualitative comparison of essential oil has been done between the essential oil obtained from Hydro distillation and Supercritical Fluid Extraction.

  • Publication number: 20240429038
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method for semiconductor processing preclean includes removing an oxide layer from a substrate using anhydrous hydrogen fluoride in combination with water vapor. A system for the preclean may be configured to separate the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and the water vapor until they are delivered to a common volume near the substrate. Corrosion within components of the system may be limited by purification of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, passivation of components, changing component materials, and heating components. Passivation may be achieved by filling a gas delivery component with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and allowing the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride to remain in the gas delivery component to form a passivation layer. Consistent water vapor delivery may be achieved in part by heating components using heaters.

  • Publication number: 20240428547
Abstract: An apparatus for multi-object tracking determines a current representation of a current object in a current image. The apparatus computes a joint Gaussian distribution between the current representation of the current object and a previous representation stored in one or more memory buffers, wherein the previous representation was determined from a previous image. The apparatus updates the one or more memory buffers based on the joint Gaussian distribution. For example, the apparatus determines whether to remove or replace the previous representation in the one or more memory buffers based on values of a covariance matrix of the joint Gaussian distribution.

  • Publication number: 20240419918
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating output data based on a data graph are provided. An output request for the output data based on the data graph is received. The output request comprises one of a natural language request from a target user or an application request from an application of the target user. The data graph has nodes and edges between the nodes. The nodes represent entities associated with an enterprise organization and the edges represent relationships among the entities. A graph data query is generated with a large language model (LLM) using the output request as a first input to the LLM. The graph data query is performed against the data graph to obtain a graph data output that represents a sub-portion of the data graph. The output data is generated with the LLM using the graph data output as a second input to the LLM.

  • Patent number: 12171103
Abstract: A configuration for efficiently placing a group of capacitors with one terminal connected to a common node is described. The capacitors are stacked and folded along the common node. In a stack and fold configuration, devices are stacked vertically (directly or with a horizontal offset) with one terminal of the devices being shared to a common node, and further the capacitors are placed along both sides of the common node. The common node is a point of fold. In one example, the devices are capacitors. N number of capacitors can be divided in L number of stack layers such that there are N/L capacitors in each stacked layer. The N/L capacitors are shorted together with an electrode (e.g., bottom electrode). The electrode can be metal, a conducting oxide, or a combination of a conducting oxide and a barrier material. The capacitors can be planar, non-planar or replaced by memory elements.
