Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a structure and related method for a gate over semiconductor regions that are not aligned. Structures according to the disclosure include a first semiconductor region extending from a first widthwise end to a second widthwise end within a substrate. A second semiconductor region is adjacent the first semiconductor region and extends from a first widthwise end to a second widthwise end within the substrate. The second widthwise end of the second semiconductor region is non-aligned with the second widthwise end of the first semiconductor region. A gate structure is over the substrate and extends widthwise over the first semiconductor region and the second semiconductor region.

  • Patent number: 12242837
Abstract: Systems and methods for cross platform configuration are described herein. The platform may receive selections for software programs or operating system configurations and selections of installation settings. A blueprint file is generated to specify the software programs or operating systems that are selected. In addition, the blueprint file may specify different installation settings and configuration settings. The blueprint file is stored in a repository and may be applied to one or more target devices. When applied, a task schedule is generated, where the task schedule prioritizes installations specified in a blueprint file. In addition, the task schedule specifies various provider identifiers to perform the installation(s).

  • Publication number: 20250069142
Abstract: Unaddressed technical problem is how to make the window manager select and update the appropriate visual design given the Just-In-Time constraint to optimize Profit/Economic Goal for a Basic Emergent User and not have a locking/permanent binding on a particular Socio Economic Cohort (SEC) or Contract Management System Companies (CMSCs). A method and system is disclosed that provides interface layout to discover and optimize economics of information exchange of digitally virtualized physical space for a Basic Emergent User (BEU). A correlation score is determined based on correlation between i) the expected profit range provided by the BEU indicating the tolerance around the SP(selling price) and ii) the buying price(BP) and the tolerance specified by the SEC or the CMSC to identify a best match for the BEU based on goal provided by the BEU in terms of expected profit range and corresponding time range within which it is to be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20250068487
Abstract: Optimal pod management is provided. A pod-warm component located on a host node is directed to trigger generation of a pod snapshot image of a pod in an optimal state running on the host node in response to determining that the pod has attained the optimal state. An input is received to instantiate a second instance of the pod on the host node in response to detecting that one or more of a plurality of pod performance metrics have exceeded a corresponding maximum pod performance metric threshold level. The pod-warm component located on the host node is directed to instantiate the second instance of the pod fully warm in the optimal state on the host node using the pod snapshot image of the pod to decrease startup time of the pod and increase performance of the host node.
