An exemplary system and method may include establishing a database storing information for a plurality of accounts, receiving from a client device of the second account holder an account link request to link a first account with a second account, the account link request generated in response to a tap action between a contactless card and the client device, transmitting to a client device of the first account holder a link approval request to approve the account link request, receiving from the first account holder client device, a link approval message generated in response to an indication by the first account holder approving the account link request, and transmitting to the second account holder client device an account link.

Abstract: Systems and methods for the of use information from application programming interfaces on wearable devices in third party applications are provided. A system comprising a user device, data storage, an application programming interface and an application is provided. In this system, there is a user device that includes a health monitor. The health monitor includes sensors and associated software that enable it to obtain health information about the wearer of the user device. In this system, there is data storage on the user device that stores the health information as user health data. In this system, there is an application programming interface on the user device that enables the health monitor to share the user health data with other applications executing on the user device.

A server may receive a phone call and generate a uniform resource locator (URL) comprising a session identifier for an account. The server may transmit the URL to a client device. The server may receive, from a web browser, a request comprising the URL. The server may determine that the session identifier in the URL of the request matches the session identifier for the account, and transmit, to the web browser, a web page at the URL. The server may receive, from the web browser, a cryptogram read by the web page via a card reader of the client device and decrypt the cryptogram. The server may authenticate the identity of the caller for the call based on decrypting the cryptogram and the session identifier of the URL matching the session identifier of the account.

Pre-authorized customer support calls are intelligently and efficiently routed in a manner that reduces the opportunity for malicious call interference and information theft.

The mobile device may further include a screen interface on an interior side of the first component, and an alignment feature along the interior side, the alignment feature providing alignment for a contactless card with respect to the screen interface, wherein the contactless card is uncovered by the second component in the first configuration and covered by the second component in the second configuration.

The transaction card converts the sound waves to a digital signal and identifies, based on an analysis of the digital signal, user command data that identifies the user command. The transaction card sets, based on identifying the user command data, one or more transaction restriction values for the one or more transaction restrictions. The transaction card receives transaction metadata associated with a transaction and determines whether the transaction is compliant with the one or more transaction restrictions. The transaction card causes, based on determining whether the transaction is compliant with the one or more transaction restrictions, the transaction to be processed by a server device, or to be declined.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to NFC-based mobile currency transfers. A mobile payment may be programmatically initialized when at least two mobile devices come into NFC communications range. A payment card associated with an account used to fund the currency transfer may be tapped to one or more of the devices to allow a server to validate the currency transfer.

The server can generate a training dataset based on the plurality of records. The server can further train a binary classification model using the training dataset. Next, the server can receive a live transcript of a phone call in progress. The server can generate at least one live request based on the live transcript using a natural language processing module of the server. The server can provide the at least one live request to the binary classification model as input to generate a prediction. Lastly, the server can transmit the prediction to an entity receiving the phone call in progress. The prediction can cause a transfer of the call to a chatbot.

The elongated body defines a cavity therein. The ink cartridge is disposed in the cavity. The controller is positioned within the cavity. The controller is configured to communicate with at least one computing system remote from the apparatus. The trigger is in electronic communication with the controller. The trigger extends at least partially though the elongated body. The trigger is actionable between a first position and a second position. A change from the first position to the second position transmits an electronic signal to the controller.

Abstract: Example embodiments relate to reissuing or otherwise altering a contactless card. These embodiments are particularly well-suited to an emergency reissue in which many cards have been compromised as the result of a data breach of a major credit card provider or department store. An exemplary contactless card includes a chip that stores encrypted authentication information, including a primary account number (PAN) that identifies the card. The chip may include a first applet responsible making payments with the card; the first applet may manage the PAN. A second applet may be capable of interacting with an outside application, and may serve as a bridge to the first applet. A rewrite of the PAN may be triggered by issuing a write command to the second applet, or by interacting with the chip in a predetermined manner (e.g., tapping the card on an interactable element a predetermined number of times).

Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to dynamically and temporarily adjusting power to an NFC reader of a computing device from a first power level to a second power level based on a feedback mechanism between a contactless card and the computing device. The contactless card may provide a message containing a checksum. The computing device may receive the message and calculate a checksum based on the received message. By comparing these two checksums, it may be determined whether the entire message has been correctly received. If not, the power to the NFC reader may be temporarily increased to allow better communication between the contactless card and the computing device.
