    Abstract: This invention discloses a mechanism with a component position adjusting function, comprising a drive unit, a drive shaft, a plate body, a drive wheel, at least one passive component and a brake. The drive unit performs a forward or reverse rotating shift and drives the drive shaft to rotate. The unidirectional component has a through hole, and disposes at the plate body. An end of the drive shaft is passed through the through hole and exposed from the plate body. The drive shaft synchronously drives the plate body and the drive wheel to rotate forward. The passive component is arranged at the plate body and contacted with the drive shaft with synchronously drives and rotates the passive component. The plate body remains still through the rotation of the unidirectional component and the contact of the brake with the plate body.

    Abstract: A solar heat exchange apparatus includes a heat holding base having a face with a plurality of heat collecting channels. Each heat collecting channel has an open end in the face of the heat holding base. A conduit extends through the heat collecting channels and is coated with a photothermal material. A plurality of light reflecting boards is mounted on the face of the heat holding base and located corresponding to the heat collecting channels and spaced from each other. Two adjacent light reflecting boards are slanted to define a light reflecting space located above and tapering towards one of the heat collecting channels. A light transmitting board is mounted on top sides of the light reflecting boards. The light transmitting board includes a plurality of light concentrating portions each of which is aligned with one of the light reflecting spaces.

    Abstract: A preparation method for molecular recognition sensor by electrodeposition is provided. The preparation method is as following: forming molecularly imprinted polymeric micelles by self-assembly of ionic type photosensitive copolymers; forming a film on the surface of an electrode by electrodepositing the molecularly imprinted polymeric micelles at a constant potential; crosslinking the electrodeposited micellar film via ultraviolet light irradiation; extracting the template molecules from the crosslinked film to obtain electrode modified by the molecularly imprinted polymeric micellar film; and connecting the modified electrode with a sensor device and a computer to construct a molecular recognition sensing system capable of specifically detecting the template molecules.

    Abstract: Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a member of a large family of incretin hormones secreted in nutrient-dependent response. GLP-1 acts on GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1 R) that is highly expressed on pancreatic ?-cells. The peptide has great potential for development of diabetes treatment and diagnosis. However, the pharmaceutical effects of the peptide suffer from in vivo instability and short life due to degradation by Dipeptidylpeptidase-1 (DPP-4). The 30 amino acid peptide GLP-1 has been integrated into a stable host protein human calbindin D9k. The fusion protein binds to GLP-1 R as demonstrated by immunostaining analyses of GLP-1 R expressing cells. The fusion protein agents can be useful for both diabetes treatment and GLP-1 R receptor targeting MR imaging. The fusion protein has a size about 14 kDa, which enables efficient tissue penetration and retention, and an extended circulation time, is stable, remaining intact and retaining activity after 48 hours incubation with 75% human serum.
