    Abstract: A water resource treating device includes an inner tube having a wind inlet section, a front low-pressure section, and a buffering section in series. The front low-pressure section has an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the buffering section. An outer tube is mounted around the inner tube. A flash space is defined between the inner and outer tubes. The outer tube includes a water filling hole and a draining hole both of which is in communication with the flash space. A condensing tank is mounted in the flash space and surrounds the front low-pressure section. The condensing tank is connected to the flash space by a water inlet tube. A water outlet tube is connected to the condensing tank for draining purified water in the condensing tank. A regulator is mounted in the front low-pressure section and controls communication between the inner tube and the condensing tank.

    Abstract: A modular plasma source assembly for use with a processing chamber is described. The assembly includes an RF hot electrode with an end dielectric and a sliding ground connection positioned adjacent the sides of the electrode. A seal foil connects the sliding ground connection to the housing to provide a grounded sliding ground connection separated from the hot electrode by the end dielectric. A coaxial feed line passes through a conduit into the RF hot electrode isolated from the processing environment so that the coaxial RF feed line is at atmospheric pressure while the plasma processing region is at reduced pressure.

The drive unit performs a forward or reverse rotating shift and drives the drive shaft to rotate. The unidirectional component has a through hole, and disposes at the plate body. An end of the drive shaft is passed through the through hole and exposed from the plate body. The drive shaft synchronously drives the plate body and the drive wheel to rotate forward. The passive component is arranged at the plate body and contacted with the drive shaft with synchronously drives and rotates the passive component. The plate body remains still through the rotation of the unidirectional component and the contact of the brake with the plate body.

    Abstract: A plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) system used to form thin films on substrates includes a plasma chamber, a processing chamber, two or more ring units and a control piece. The plasma chamber includes an outer and an inner quartz tubular units, whose central axes are aligned with each other. Therefore, plasma is held and concentrated in a cylindrical space formed between the outer and outer quartz tubular units. Due to the first and second through holes, the plasma flow may be more evenly distributed on most of the surface of the substrate to form evenly distributed thin films and nano particles on the substrate. In addition, due to the alignment and misalignment between the first and second through holes, the plasma generated in the plasma chamber may be swiftly allowed or disallowed to enter to the processing chamber to prevent the precursor from forming a CVD.
