Abstract: Access terminals are adapted to facilitate tune-away operations in situations in which multiple subscriptions are employed. According to one example, an access terminal performing an acquisition procedure for a first subscription may suspend the acquisition procedure to obtain a paging message for a second subscription. The access terminal can tune away from the first subscription to the second subscription and monitor for a mobile-terminated page. After a mobile-terminated page associated with the second subscription is received and processed, the access terminal may resume the acquisition procedure for the first subscription. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods of identification or marking using nucleic acid tags, isolated nucleic acids, marking compositions and the use of nucleic acid tags for identification or marking. Certain embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of identifying an object marked with a nucleic acid tag, the nucleic acid tag comprising a plurality of selected different nucleic acids. The method comprises amplifying nucleic acids in the nucleic acid tag, wherein the amplification of the plurality of selected different nucleic acids in the nucleic acid tag produces a plurality of amplification products with a different size, detecting the plurality of selected different nucleic acids in the nucleic acid tag by the size of the plurality of amplification products, and identifying the object marked with the nucleic acid tag by the presence of the plurality of selected different nucleic acids in the nucleic tag.

Abstract: Various systems and methods can provide a flexible database schema. One method can store information identifying a first entity in a first table. A unified data model includes several tables, including the first table and a metadata table. Each of the tables stores information describing one or more entities belonging to a respective archetype. The first table already stores information identifying a second entity when the information identifying the first entity is stored. The second entity is already related to another entity when the information identifying the first entity is stored. The first entity is a new type of entity not already stored in the first table when the information identifying the first entity is stored. The method then stores metadata associated with the first entity in a metadata table. The metadata then identifies the new type of entity.

Abstract: A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a media processor including a controller to receive a broadcast of media content comprising three-dimensional image content for presentation on a display device operably coupled with the media processor, adjust the broadcast of the media content to comprise two-dimensional image content, and present the media content on a display device, wherein the controller adjusts the media content to comprise the two-dimensional image content during presentation of the broadcast of the media content on the display device. The user may easily select the listings in a user collection for presentation at an MCDN client. The multimedia programs may be provided from a plurality of content sources, including external content providers and the Internet.

Specifically, embodiments disclosed herein describe a method and system for generating dynamic messages based on events and transmitting the dynamic messages to various users over a social networking platform. Embodiments include receiving product data and comparing the product data to a set of predefined trigger parameters. If it is determined that the product data satisfies one or more of the trigger parameters, a dynamic message is generated. In certain embodiments, the content of the dynamic message is based, at least in part, on the product data. The generated dynamic message is then automatically transmitted to a set of recipients over the social networking platform.
