A reading device receives ticket information contactlessly from the mobile communications terminal, and an authorization of a user of the mobile communications terminal is decided based on the ticket information.

Abstract: A method is described for directing a user of a mobile device from a current location to a product, wherein an identification code of the product is recorded in the mobile device and transmitted to a name server. The identification code is used in the name server among others for loading product-related data into the mobile device, e.g. a geographical location where the product can be bought. Following this, the user of the mobile device can go to said geographic location. For directing said user to the product, a direct contactless connection is established between said mobile device and a RFID element with which said product is marked, by using the same identification code or product-related data previously supplied by the name server.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a system and method for assigning a number of terms (1.4, 1.5) and objects that are on at least two levels (1.1, 1.2) on a mobile device (3) of a user. Through this knowledge, the perception of the corresponding terms and objects is additionally promoted. Thanks to the system and method described here, terms (1.4, 1.5) from different valuation levels are presented to the user who has to assign them. These terms (1.4, 1.5) can only be assigned if the user has sufficient information about the terms (1.4, 1.5). The result of the assignment product (4) is thus a measure of the knowledge of the user in question. Companies and organization can use this system and method to determine their degree of awareness and, through suitable incentives for the users, massively increase their name recognition respectively that of their products and/or services by increasing the specific perception.

Abstract: A billing method and billing system to determine usage fees which are charged to the user of a digital telecommunications network, whereby a usage fee charged for a connection is determined prior to establishing this connection from statistical characteristics of previous connections of the user, is described. Usage fees are determined from a dynamic client profile, derived from one or multiple random variables of previous connections of the user, which is stored in memory and re-derived after each new customer connection. In a simple variant, the client profile contains a value proportional to the average price per connection or to the average duration of a connection of the user. The random variables used to derive the client profile include, for example, the connection duration, the time of day, the day of the week, and/or geographic characteristics of previous connections.
