    Abstract: A photoelectric detection substrate, a method for fabricating the same, and a photoelectric detection device are disclosed. The photoelectric detection substrate includes a thin film transistor and a photodiode coplanar with the thin film transistor. The thin film transistor has a vertical channel structure and includes a gate electrode, an active layer, a first electrode and a second electrode. The photodiode includes a first doped layer, an absorption layer and a second doped layer disposed in this order. The active layer and the absorption layer are disposed in a same layer and formed by a same patterning process. By forming a photodiode coplanar with a thin film transistor of a vertical channel structure, the overall thickness of the photoelectric detection substrate is effectively reduced, deformation of the substrate caused by stress is reduced, and damage caused by deformation of the substrate is avoided, and thereby the yield is improved.

    Abstract: New radio (NR), also known as fifth generation (5G) radio or fifth generation long term evolution (5G LTE)) uses a measurement gap that allows for measurement on different beams, multiple frame structure and inter-radio access technology measurement. For example, in measurement on the different beams, the UE (114) and eNB (304) beam sweep (i.e., change analog beam transmitter). The UE (114) can measure different beams from a fifth generation node B (gNB) and/or other RAN nodes. The measurement gap can be used for intrafrequency/interfrequency measurement when beam specific reference signals (BRSs) are not transmitted in the same subframe. A multiple frame structure can use the specific measurement configuration to utilize the beam resources efficiently. LTE and NR and other interRAT measurement can also use the measurement gap.

The eNodeB can identify a first set of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols of a measurement subframe to transmit a plurality of primary synchronization signals (PSS) to the UE in the measurement subframe. The eNodeB can identify a second set of OFDM symbols of the measurement subframe to transmit a plurality of secondary synchronization signals (SSS) to the UE in the measurement subframe. The eNodeB can encode the plurality of primary synchronization signals (PSS) for transmission to the UE using the first set of OFDM symbols of the measurement subframe. The eNodeB can encode the plurality of secondary synchronization signals (SSS) for transmission to the UE using the second set of OFDM symbols of the measurement subframe.

    Abstract: In embodiments, a UE may measure system frame number (SFN)/subframe timing differences between a master eNB (MeNB) and secondary eNB (SeNB) for dual connectivity (DC). When network-based reporting on the SFN/subframe timing offset is used, no new radio access network (RAN) signaling may be needed. However, in the case of multi-vendor deployments, no network coordination via different Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) for DC may occur. In this case, the network may not be able to obtain SFN/subframe timing offset information. To address this issue, various embodiments disclosed herein include UE-based reporting on SFN/subframe offset between an MeNB and an SeNB.
