  • Publication number: 20230362154
Abstract: Various systems, methods, and computer program products for providing data authentication for long range communications. The method includes receiving one or more local data processing indicators from a computing device of a user. The one or more local data processing indicators is based on historical information relating to data processing by the user. The method also includes comparing the one or more local data processing indicators to one or more server data processing indicators. The method further includes causing a transmission of an approval of a processing request in an instance in which the local data processing indicator(s) match the server data processing indicator(s). The processing request is related to the computing device of the user. The method still further includes causing a transmission of a notification of a potential malfeasant request in an instance in which the local data processing indicator(s) does not match the server data processing indicator(s).

  • Patent number: 11809735
Abstract: Systems and methods for efficient and secure management of encrypted “snapshots” for a remote provider substrate extension (“PSE”) of a cloud provider network substrate are provided. The PSE may request and obtain a snapshot from the cloud provider network substrate, restore a volume from the snapshot, make changes to data in the restored volume, and/or initiate the creation and storage of a new snapshot that includes incremental updates to the original snapshot to reflect the changes made to data in the volume. An encrypted snapshot stored within the cloud provider network substrate may be decrypted using a cloud provider key designed for internal use only, and then re-encrypted using a PSE-specific key before providing the snapshot to the PSE, thereby avoiding the sharing of the cloud provider internal use only key outside the cloud provider network substrate.

  • Patent number: 11797075
Abstract: Reducing power consumption of communication interfaces by clock frequency scaling and adaptive interleaving of polling is disclosed. In a first aspect, a control system controls transmission of a command via a serial interface at a higher clock frequency. After transmission, the control system and the interface are operated at a lower clock frequency to save power during command execution. In this aspect, a reduction in polling corresponds to the reduction in clock signal frequency. When the command is complete, the interface is operated at the higher frequency to send another command. In a second aspect, after the control system sends a command to the receiving device, polling is suspended and an execution time of the command is tracked. Polling begins when the tracked execution time almost equals an expected completion time. Both aspects disclosed above may be implemented to reduce power consumption in exchange for a small increase in latency.

  • Publication number: 20230316289
Abstract: Rules and triggers for initiating and generating transactions can be dynamically and automatically created by a computing device based on learning behaviors for a knowledgebase. This knowledgebase may be created by storing historical transaction information for devices within a particular network such as an Internet of Things (IoT) network where devices are interconnected and capable of processing data and instructions. Such a network may be associated with a user or location or organization, and may conform to a specific communication protocol.

  • Publication number: 20230319548
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are provided for securing transmission of sensitive data on an LPWAN network such as LoRaWAN. Long-range, low-power transmission may enable a transaction card to communicate with a financial institution server without internet or cellular connectivity. The transaction card may generate a first security key. The key may include a transaction timestamp, a random number generated by the transaction card microprocessor, a personal identifier received at the transaction card from a user, one or more card parameters, and/or any suitable factors. A long-range, low-power network server may detect the card transmission. The server may retrieve the card parameters and personal identifiers stored in association with a user account during card registration. The server may generate a second security key. Based on a match between the first security key and the second security key, the server may authenticate the transmission.

  • Publication number: 20230319664
Abstract: A system architecture for running a second network to support a seamless transition of a transaction request in response to a detection of a connection failure at a first network is provided. The system architecture may include a mobile application running on a mobile device for transmitting the transaction request to the first network and attempting to establish an electronic connection with the first network. The system architecture may also include a LoRa sensor embedded on the mobile device configured to, when the attempt to establish the electronic connection with the first network fails, transmit the transaction request to the second network. The second network may be a low-range wide area network (“LoRaWAN”). The system architecture may also include a LoRaWAN gateway(s) configured to receive the transaction request and transmit the transaction request to a network server operating as a bridge between the LoRaWAN gateway(s) and an entity network.

  • Patent number: 11775848
Abstract: A computing system aggregates information from a plurality of information channels associated with a computing device and a user of the computing device. A user configures the access for the computing system to specific information channels at a user interface. Based on a knowledge base and by machine learning techniques, the computing system analyzes the aggregated information to identify information relevant to an intelligent action for execution on behalf of the user. The computing system identifies the intelligent action in the context of the user's preferences and permissions granted to the computing system. The computing system initiates execution of the intelligent action based on a confidence level derived from analysis of information contained the knowledge base and historical decisioning information. The computing system receives feedback for an executed action and incorporates the feedback in the knowledge base for future decisioning based on aggregated information.

  • Patent number: 11778067
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for triggering cross channel data caching on network nodes. Historical event data and live event data of a user may be monitored to determine an expected event that includes one or more expected channels. An expected period of time for the expected event may also be determined. Relevant user data may then be identified from one or more systems of record and cached or otherwise compressed. One or more nodes of a network associated with each of the one or more expected channels are then identified. The cached data is then transmitted to virtual data structures associated with each of the one or more nodes. The cached data is then generally maintained in these virtual data structures on the network for the expected period of time.

  • Publication number: 20230306496
Abstract: Arrangements for smart tracking and queue management are provided. In some aspects, in response to detecting a user at an entity location, image data may be captured of the user. The image data may be analyzed using one or more facial recognition techniques to determine whether the user is a recognized user. In some examples, a user or user device may be connected to an entity computing device associated with a shopping cart or other device for capturing items for purchase. The user may gather items for purchase and purchase item data may be transmitted for analysis. In some examples, a request to checkout may be received and, in response, real-time queue data may be requested. The real-time queue data may be analyzed using a machine learning model to determine an optimal queue for the user. A notification identifying the queue may be transmitted to the entity computing device.
