    Abstract: Methods are provided for managing media in a PoC box in an aggregation proxy server for sending media to a PoC UE in a PoC system. The aggregation proxy server receives a PoC session control data request message, which is associated with media information stored in the PoC box from the PoC UE. The PoC session control data request message for requesting the media information stored in the PoC box is sent to the PoC box. The media information is received in an XML form from the PoC box in response to the PoC session control data request message, and the media information received from the PoC box is sent to the PoC UE. The media information includes a parameter related to a stored position of media stored in the PoC box.

    Abstract: A method, user equipment and system provide simultaneous Push-To-Talk (PTT) over Cellular (PoC) multimedia services. After a PoC client participates in multiple sessions according to a simultaneous PoC multimedia service or Enhanced Simultaneous Session Support (ESS) set by a user for a PoC multimedia call service, a PoC server can simultaneously transmit the media streams to the PoC client without filtering when media streams of the same media type are transmitted in different sessions. The client can set simultaneous multi-reception modes on a session-by-session basis according to a user's intention, and on a media type-by-media type basis in each session.

    Abstract: As described above, when a particular PoC client participating in a PoC session requests media transmission to a PoC server during transmission of media from another PoC client, the PoC server transitions the PoC client with the floor to a suspended state by sending an MB Suspend message and grants the floor to the requesting PoC client. After media transmission of the interrupting PoC client, the PoC server returns the floor to the interrupted PoC client. Therefore, the privileged PoC client in a current PoC infrastructure interrupts the ongoing conversation and sends media, after which the floor is returned to the interrupted PoC client without issuing an explicit media request from the interrupted PoC client. Even in the pre-emptive case scenario where the pre-emptive PoC client interrupts the ongoing conversation, the conversation can be continued in a natural way.

First, information of a home Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) of a target mobile terminal, the location of which is to be determined, is checked in response to a location service request from a client. Then, information of a visited PLMN, where the target mobile terminal is currently located, is checked based on the checked information of the home PLMN. The home PLMN calculates location assistance information of the visited PLMN using specific location information of the visited PLMN. The location assistance information is transferred to the target mobile terminal. This allows location information of a mobile terminal to be obtained irrespective of the area or communication network where the mobile terminal is located. It is thus possible to locate a mobile terminal in an area where no location assistance information is provided.
