    Abstract: A mounting structure for a pedal device including a pedal and a bracket is configured to mount the pedal device on a dash panel with the dash panel sandwiched by and between the bracket and a master cylinder device. The mounting structure includes: a plurality of fastening rods for fastening the bracket to the master cylinder device; and a plurality of collars interposed between the dash panel and the bracket for spacing the dash panel and the bracket apart from each other, the fastening rods extending through the collars. The collars include a pair of collars, and one of the pair of collars has an extending portion extending along the dash panel in a direction away from the other of the pair of collars and functions as a reinforcing member for reducing deformation of the dash panel caused when the pedal is stepped on.

    Abstract: The vehicle brake pedal device includes a pedal bracket fixed to a partition wall, a brake arm and a coupling arm assembled to the pedal bracket, a clevis and a movable plate assembled to the coupling arm, and a fixed member and a coupling bracket assembled to a vehicle body component. In the event of a front collision of the vehicle, the pedal bracket is moved backward, and the movable plate is brought into abutment against the fixed member to rotate. As a result, a push part of the movable plate is brought into abutment against the clevis, and a breakable part of the clevis is broken so that the clevis and the coupling arm are decoupled from each other. Then, the coupling arm is rotated forward with respect to the pedal bracket.

    Abstract: Conventional network quality monitoring systems require high monitoring cost, because: physical maintenance cost is high, since monitors are required to install on many portion of the network; the number of monitoring flows is apt to increase; the cost for information synchronization between monitors is required; and the network cost to collect information from apparatuses is required. In the present invention, based on a network whose route is definable by an external controller and changing the monitoring flow route appropriately, it is possible to perform monitoring of the communication quality under a small number of monitoring terminals and flows. Further, the role of the monitoring flow is divided into the monitoring flows to monitor the quality degradation occurrence and to specify the quality degradation point. The former is used for normal time, and the latter is for the quality degradation time. Consequently, the network monitoring system reducing the cost is proposed.
