Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for centralized management of remote endpoint devices are disclosed. Instances of agent software are installed on endpoint devices that are external to a multi-tenant provider network. The agent software is communicatively coupled to a centralized management service of the multi-tenant provider network. A software package is selected from a marketplace service of the multi-tenant provider network. The marketplace service comprises product offerings for a plurality of software packages. The centralized management service sends information indicative of a configuration associated with the software package to the agent software of one or more of the endpoint devices that are associated with the software package. The centralized management service receives, from the agent software, an indication that the configuration has been deployed on the one or more of the endpoint devices.

The core sheets are configured for use within a fluid or wastewater treatment unit that typically includes one or more fabric layers. The primary textured surface enhances retention of wastewater fluid received by the unit, which over time causes an increase in build-up of biomatter on the surface, which in turn enhances the efficacy of treatment of the wastewater.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and apparatuses for computing device battery removal. In aspects, described are computing device battery removal techniques and apparatuses that provide simple, expeditious, and reliable methods for removing a battery from a computing device. Current battery-removal devices generally require additional adhesives or fail to provide enough strength for reliable battery removal. The disclosed techniques and apparatuses provide an improved battery-removal device that utilizes a thin member installed on the battery to increase space and reliability when removing the battery from a computing device.

Abstract: A method in one embodiment comprises receiving at least one query from a client device, and distributing the at least one query to a plurality of query engines, wherein each of the plurality of query engines processes the at least one query and generates a partial query result. The plurality of query engines correspond to respective unique identifiers, and the partial query results each include the unique identifier of the query engine that generated the partial query result. The method also comprises determining whether the unique identifier of a given query engine is included with more than one partial query result generated in response to the at least one query, and identifying an error in response to an affirmative determination.

Abstract: A method includes determining a set of sizes for size bucket indexes of an indexing structure, and indexing a plurality of records into the size bucket indexes. The indexing comprises, for a given record, rounding a size of the given record to a nearest one of the determined set of sizes and placing the given record in a size bucket index associated with the nearest one of the determined set of sizes. The method also includes receiving one or more queries to the plurality of records, a given one of the queries specifying a record size. The method further includes processing the given query utilizing the indexing structure by mapping the specified record size to at least a given one of the size bucket indexes and returning one or more records from the given size bucket index.

Abstract: An apparatus includes an elongated band having a first terminal end, a second terminal end, a top surface, and a bottom surface. A plurality of openings extend through the top surface and the bottom surface of the band. A plurality of moveable vibrating elements are coupled to the band at the plurality of openings. A plurality of moveable covers are also coupled to the band. Each of the covers encloses an internal cavity configured to receive one or more of the moveable vibrating elements. A releasable connection assembly includes a first terminal-end connector coupled to the first terminal end of the band and a second terminal-end connector coupled to the second terminal end of the elongated band. The second terminal-end connector is releasably connectable to the first terminal-end connector.

The use of substantially optically transmitting overcoat means to secure the assembly is also disclosed. The method also includes determining a score for each of the messages based at least in part on a combined sum of the weights for the set of tokens of that message, generating a summary of the messages by selecting a subset of the messages for based at least in part on the scores. The method further includes identifying remedial actions to be applied to assets in the enterprise system based at least in part on the summary of the messages, and implementing at least one of the identified remedial actions.

Abstract: A system and method operate by, while an engine is operating, automatically determining whether the engine is in a designated state for EGR cooler cleaning. The EGR cooler is operably coupled to the engine to receive hot EGR from an exhaust of the engine and to provide cooled EGR to an intake of the engine. The system and method also include, responsive to the engine not being in the designated state, automatically preventing a water pump system from introducing a cleaning liquid into a gas inlet of the EGR cooler.

A line/load controller has supply inputs connected to the first and second common connections for receiving operating power, and (1) places both MOSFETs in the ON state to deliver normal operating current to the load for normal operation, and (2) places both MOSFETs in the OFF state to deliver (by body diode conduction) a substantially reduced leakage current to the load when the load is not powered for normal operation, the leakage current providing the operating power to the line/load controller.
