    Abstract: There are provided a method and system for sensing abnormal signs in daily activities, the method comprising, at the system, sensing the daily activities, reading previously stored daily activity information, generating a daily activity sequence based thereon, sensing the abnormal signs from the daily activity sequence by using a preset sequence alignment algorithm, and providing the sensed abnormal signs to a user. As described above, the abnormal signs, which should be checked to provide care services, are sensed via changes in a daily activity pattern and added to a care service system that will be installed in welfare facilities for the aged or a home of a solitary old person, thereby effectively sensing the abnormal signs in daily activities of the aged.

    Abstract: There is provided a daily activity recognition system using sensors installed in required positions in a home to recognize daily activities of an old person, the system including: a radio frequency (RF) management unit receiving data measured by a plurality of sensors installed in required positions in a home, recognizing a corresponding sensor transmitting the received data, and converting the received data into a basic activity corresponding to the recognized sensor; a buffer management unit storing the basic activity received from the wireless processing manager in an internal buffer; and a daily activity recognition unit recognizing daily activities of an old person at each point in time previously set, based on the basic activity stored in the buffer. The daily activities of the old person are recognized and stored in a database, thereby providing various services related to the health of the old person.

The apparatus allows fabrication of the nano pattern on the plastic sheet having less roughness than that of a semiconductor substrate or a glass substrate.
