The pressure detecting unit is coupled to the inflatable air bag for detecting an internal pressure of the inflatable air bag. The pressure adjusting unit is coupled to the inflatable air bag for adjusting the internal pressure of the inflatable air bag. The control unit is coupled to the regulating unit. The control unit processes a signal received from the pressure detecting unit, and determines and controls the pressure adjusting unit to adjust the internal pressure of the inflatable air bag according to a set condition.

One embodiment provides a computer-implemented method that includes collecting network measurements from traffic flows in a network over which the endpoints upload the data to the central server or server cluster. The method further includes determining a logical topology of the network based on the network measurements, and solving an optimization problem to determine a bandwidth allocation scheme for the endpoints uploading data, wherein capacity of links in the logical topology are constraints in the optimization problem. In addition, the method includes controlling bandwidth consumption by the endpoints based on the determined bandwidth allocation scheme.

The chassis includes a mounting portion and a translucent lens mounted on the mounting portion. The mounting portion and the translucent lens are inclined downwards, at an angle to a horizontal plane. The IR sensor is mounted in the chassis adjacent to the translucent lens. The IR sensor transmits a signal to a lower surface in front of the chassis through the transparent lens. The IR sensor can detect a distant floor-drop such that the mobile robot can have enough time to stop a front wheel going over the floor-drop.

The first rotational frequency may be greater than the third rotational frequency and the third rotational frequency is greater than the second rotational frequency. In some embodiments, the second rotational frequency is zero and the semiconductor substrate is held stationary during the immersing step.
