    Abstract: A multi-band antenna array includes a plurality of first antennas for resonating at a first band, and a plurality of second antennas for resonating at a second band. A frequency of the second band is higher than a frequency of the first band. Locations of the plurality of first antennas project to a plurality of grid-one positions on a surface; locations of the plurality of second antennas project to a plurality of grid-two positions on the surface. Among the grid-one positions, a second grid-one position is nearest to a first grid-one position by a first distance along a first direction. Among the grid-two positions, a first grid-two position and a second grid-two position are closest two to the first grid-one position. The first and second grid-two positions are separated by a second distance along a second direction; and, the first direction and the second direction are nonparallel.

    Abstract: A maintenance method for network connection and a computer system are provided. The method is adapted to a computer system having a timer. The timer is configured to regularly wake up the computer system to check whether a network connection is working normally. In the method, the computer system is waked up at intervals of a first time interval within a predetermined period and a current IP address of the computer system is extracted. The predetermined period is divided into a plurality of periods by the first time interval. Whether a change occurs on the IP address is determined withing each of the periods, and accordingly the computer system is waked up to check the network connection.

    Abstract: A chroma aberration compensation method using sub-pixel shifting for use in a head-mounted display is provided. The method includes the steps of: obtaining image data from a host, wherein the image data includes a left-eye image and a right-eye image; obtaining a refraction characteristics curve corresponding to a left-eye lens and a right-eye lens and calculating a resolution of the image data; calculating a distance and a relative direction between each sub-pixel in each color channel of the image data and a center of the image data; adjusting an offset value of each sub-pixel in each color channel of the image data according to the calculated distance and relative direction; performing a sub-pixel shifting compensation process to adjust a sub-image corresponding to each color channel to generate an output image according to the offset value of each sub-pixel in each color channel of the image data.
