    Abstract: A man-made fiber cloth having buoyancy and warmth comprises a fiber cloth and a plurality of air capsules distributedly set in the fiber cloth; wherein the fiber cloth comprises a plurality of long fibers and hot-melt collodion-cottons bonded to each other. The air capsule is a plasticized material, and the air capsule has a particle diameter of 0.1 mm to 10 mm; and at the same time, due to the plasticized material, the hot-melt collodion-cotton and the long fibers can be bonded into a one-body during the heating process. Therefore, when the man-made fiber cloth is made into a garment or an article, the thermal conductivity can be lowered due to the setting of the air capsules, so the garment is uneasy to dissipate the heat and the warmth effect is improved. The characteristic of wrapping air of the air capsule reduce the overall weight of the clothing to achieve the effects of lightness and comfort.

The moisture-absorbing permeable waterproof layer includes multiple grid cells cascaded together. Each grid cell has an aperture that is smaller than outside water molecules but is greater than inside moist molecules. Therefore, outside water molecules cannot permeate through the grid cells inside, but inside moist molecules may be expelled outside. The cloth therefore is waterproof but also absorbent and permeable.
