Abstract: A seat belt holder position adjuster is disclosed which adjusts the height of a belt holder which supports an uppermost portion of a shoulder belt part of the seat belt. The adjuster comprises an elongate base unit formed with a plurality of latch holes, an anchor unit disposed on the base member in a manner to slide therealong, a belt holding member connected to the anchor unit to move therewith, and a latch pawl unit mounted on the anchor unit. The latch pawl unit includes two shank portions which are latchingly engageable with selected pair of the latch holes of the base member and at least one spring for biasing the shank portions in a direction to establish a latching engagement between the shank portions and the selected pair of the latch holes.
