    Abstract: The present invention provides a detection circuit of an In Cell type touch display panel and a detection method. By locating a line multiplexer corresponding to the touch sensing electrodes of each column, and selecting and charging at least one parasitic capacitor constructed with the touch sensing electrode and a ground in the touch sensing electrodes of the column with the line multiplexer, and then, measuring the charge electric quantity with the electric quantity measurement unit, and judging whether the touch sensing electrode faults or not according to the value of the charged electric quantity, the detection circuit can accomplish the fault detection to the touch sensing electrode in the array process.

The first metal layer, the first dielectric layer, and the second dielectric form a first capacitor; the second metal layer, the insulating layer, and the electrode layer form a second capacitor; the electrode layer is connected with the first metal layer through a channel hole penetrating through the first dielectric layer and the insulating layer, so that the first capacitor is connected with the second capacitor in parallel. Through the above way,the area of the GOA circuit on the array substrate can be reduced, which is beneficial for the narrow frame design of the liquid crystal display panel.

    Abstract: An LCD panel and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The LCD panel includes a substrate, a device layer disposed on the substrate, a data line disposed on the surface of the device layer, and an organic insulating layer disposed on the surface of the device layer and/or the surface of the data line. The organic insulating layer has a groove corresponding to the data line. A black matrix is disposed in the groove. The surface of the black matrix and the surface of the organic insulating layer are on the same plane. The present invention has the following advantages. A convex structure formed by the black matrix on a glass substrate is removed to prevent a poor LC alignment caused by the convex structure. The mask of the black matrix is saved, thus the number of masks for production use is reduced, and a simple manufacturing process is provided.

    Abstract: A display panel manufacturing method and a liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The method contains the following steps. Firstly, a first electrode plate, an opposing second electrode plate, and an array substrate in between are provided. Secondly, a first electrical field between the first and second electrode plates is produced, and a first photo-alignment on the first alignment film is conducted. Thirdly, a third electrode plate and an opposing color film substrate are provided. Fourthly, a second electrical field between the third electrode plate and the second transparent electrode is produced, and a second photo-alignment on the second alignment film is conducted. Finally, the array and color film substrates are joined together to form the display panel. The method is able to improve liquid crystal molecules' preset angles in the vertical direction, thereby enhancing the contrast of the display panel.

    Abstract: The present invention proposes a driving circuit and a shift register. The driving circuit includes shift register circuits disposed in cascade. Each of shift register circuits includes a clock control transmittance circuit and a latch circuit. The clock control transmittance circuit is triggered by a first clock pulse. A driving pulse of a Q node at previous two stages is transmitted to the latch circuit and latched by the latch circuit. Further, the latch circuit is triggered by a second clock pulse, and then a gate driving pulse and a driving pulse of the Q node is output. So the present invention can be used in the CMOS process owing to the features of low consumption and wide noise margin.

    Abstract: A touch panel and a driving method are described in the present disclosure. A driving chip is arranged within a chip area of a non-display area. The driving chip includes a plurality of pins. At least a portion of the pins outputs first driving signals for controlling the pixel electrodes, and outputs second driving signals for controlling the touch sensor. A plurality of wirings corresponding to the pins is arranged within the fan area, and the wirings transmit the first driving signals and the second driving signals outputted by the pins. In view of the above, the difficulties of the bonding manufacturing process are reduced. At the same time, the coupling capacitance between the wirings is reduced, and thus the display performance and the touch sensibility of the touch panel 10 are enhanced.
