  • Patent number: 12246552
Abstract: A bound collection of leaves having a spine and a method of its manufacture are disclosed. Each leaf of a first plurality of leaves of the bound collection includes a first pattern of tabs by which that leaf is bound. The tabs of the first pattern are distributed along a binding axis of that leaf that is parallel to a spine axis of the spine. Each leaf of a second plurality of leaves of the bound collection includes a second pattern of tabs different than the first pattern by which that leaf is bound. The tabs of the second pattern are distributed along a binding axis of that leaf that is parallel to the spine axis. Each tab of the first pattern and second pattern of tabs extends in a direction orthogonal to the binding axis from within an unbound region to a binding-side edge of that leaf.

  • Patent number: 12247815
Abstract: A carrier device includes: a first panel having hooks, and an inward side, the inward side facing an interior of the carrier device; a second panel having an inward side, the inward side facing the interior of the carrier device opposite the inward side of the first panel; and a binding member for releasably connecting the hooks of the first panel to the second panel. The first panel includes an exterior surface opposite the inward side thereof. All portions of the hooks are flush or sunken relative to the exterior surface of the first panel. The binding member draws lateral edges of the first panel toward lateral edges of the second panel to maintain frictional engagement of an inserted magazine or other article with interior contact points of the carrier device. The panels may include mounting holes for mounting the carrier on another device or structure.

  • Patent number: 12248080
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining an indication of locationing accuracy are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an antenna deployment including multiple antennas and corresponding locations for the antennas is obtained. Then, one or more radio characteristics are determined for ubiety locations based on the antenna deployment and an indication of locationing accuracy for the ubiety locations is determined based on the one or more radio characteristics. In this way, an antenna deployment can be evaluated for locationing accuracy. This may be used by a network engineer or an automated system to determine and/or refine an antenna deployment.

  • Patent number: 12247954
Abstract: Provided are containers that are useful for the collection and analysis of materials, which typically comprise solid material, such as geologic material samples, such as drill cuttings, core samples, drilling muds, or similar materials. Such containers comprise a barrier component that forms an inner chamber for isolating a material and a compressible or collapsible section that is adapted to be compressed by application of a force, but without rupture or other disruption that would result in the loss of volatile compounds contained in the container (such as volatile compounds released from the material). The containers can be sealed by a seal component, which can be punctured by a component (e.g., a needle) permitting the flow of gaseous material from the interior of the container when a force is applied through the puncturing component. In aspects, the containers comprise a sample material, such as a drill cutting or other geologic material.

  • Patent number: 12249220
Abstract: Electronic gaming machines and systems are disclosed that provide for a symbol-based main game that features an array of symbol positions that may if an array growth condition is met, increase in size. Determining whether the array growth condition is met may involve determining how many array growth symbols are shown in association with a game play. A further determination may be made as to whether a feature game trigger condition is met and, if so, a feature game may be presented that utilizes the same array of symbol positions that were present in the main game when the feature game was triggered. Additional array growth may occur in the feature game if the array growth condition is met again.
