  • Publication number: 20250235233
Abstract: An apparatus includes a shaft assembly, an ultrasonic blade, and a clamp assembly. The shaft assembly includes an acoustic waveguide operable to transmit ultrasonic vibrations to the blade. The clamp assembly includes a clamp arm pivotable toward and away from the blade about a pivot axis, to clamp tissue between the clamp arm and the blade. A rotation feature may provide rotation of the blade relative to the clamp arm about the longitudinal axis of the waveguide. Alternatively, the rotation feature may provide rotation of the clamp arm relative to the blade about the longitudinal axis. The rotation feature may be driven based on pivotal positioning of the clamp arm relative to the blade about the pivot axis. The rotation feature may selectively lock and unlock the angular position of either the blade or the clamp arm about the longitudinal axis at any of a number of predetermined angular positions.

Abstract: A method for variable electrostimulative behavior modification includes sensing placement of a first anatomical portion of a body in contact to a surface of a target object adapted. for behavior modification with a multiplicity of electrostimulative end points coupled to an energy source. The method additionally includes delivering an electrical neurostimulus through one of the end points nearest to the placement of the first anatomical portion in proximity to the surface the electrical neurostimulus including a waveform promoting a modification of behavior associated with the placement of the first anatomical portion in proximity to the surface. Thereafter, an anomalous characteristic of the sensed placement indicating a failure to modify the behavior may be detected and a profile of the waveform of the electrical neurostimulus changes to a different waveform in response to the anomalous characteristic of the sensed placement.

  • Patent number: 12368798
Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for manipulating a communication acceptance screen, manipulating an interactive communication acceptance icon, and restricting access to accounts based on voice communication parameters. In particular, when a communication is detected from one device to another device, that communication may be risky. Thus, the risk is mitigated by giving a user information about the source of the communication to give a user a chance to reject the communication. In addition, in instances where the user accepts the communication, the system enables monitoring the communication and restricting any accounts that are disclosed within the communication.

  • Patent number: 12369029
Abstract: Various systems and methods for dynamic access policy provisioning in a connected device framework are described herein. In an example, the techniques for policy provisioning may include resource update access policy automation, directory resource access policy automation, or hidden resources access policy automation, as monitored and operated with an access management service (AMS). In an example, the AMS monitors resources to receive a notification when they change. If the change observed is an addition or deletion of a resource object, the AMS responds by performing security analysis of devices hosting the new resource(s), which may further result in device onboarding actions. The AMS may further respond by evaluating link semantics to determine which other devices and resources may need updated access control list (ACL) policies.
