  • Patent number: 11969541
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for detecting full waste canister and/or fluid flow path blockage conditions are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods and apparatuses for controlling a pump. In some embodiments, flow of fluid can be restricted in a portion of the fluid flow path. A controller can be configured to compare a difference in pressure values upstream and downstream of a fluid flow restrictor to a pressure difference threshold, and determine based on the comparison whether to activate an alarm indicating the full waste canister condition or the fluid flow path blockage condition. The controller can be additionally or alternatively configured to determine a fluid flow using a flow meter, open a selectable valve in response to a comparison of the fluid flow with a fluid flow threshold, determine fluid flow after opening the valve, and determine based on the fluid flow after opening the valve whether to activate the alarm.

  • Patent number: 11972237
Abstract: Improved compilers recognize interception declarations in source code, and emit code that replaces invocations of specified artifacts with invocations of specified interceptors instead. Source generators proactively modify program behavior in arbitrary desired ways without introducing hidden security violations and without requiring edits by the program's developers. Interception declarations are visible in source code and development tools. In some cases, different invocations of a particular method at respective locations are intercepted by different replacement methods. Replacement methods have identical signatures, or are otherwise compatible. Some interceptors specify optional parameters. Method calls, field accesses, and property calls may be intercepted. Work to modify program behavior is moved in the program lifecycle from runtime to compile time, thus improving runtime performance and eliminating JIT compilation security risks.

  • Patent number: 11951818
Abstract: A rearwardly extending golf cart enclosure is disclosed. The golf cart enclosure is movable from a stored position to a deployed position which covers the golf bag storage area of the golf cart. The enclosure includes a plurality of struts which are substantially the same size. The enclosure is mounted to the golf cart rear roof supports via a pair of mounting wings or brackets. The mounting wings include a cam member rotatably mounted to a lower end of the mounting wing. The cam member includes a slot which allows at least one strut to move within the slot as the cam member is rotated to store or deploy the enclosure. The enclosure is mounted to an underside of the golf cart roof such that in the stored position, the enclosure fits underneath the golf cart roof and is protected from the elements or sun by a rear end of the golf cart roof.

  • Patent number: 11946274
Abstract: A structure is provided having a floor, and a canopy made from a flexible, substantially air-impermeable material and having a tubular rib. The canopy has an air inlet port by which the interior of the tubular rib can be connected to a source of compressed air, and is movable by the supply of compressed air from a collapsed state in which the tubular rib is deflated to an inflated state in which the tubular rib is inflated and supports the canopy in such a way that the canopy encloses an interior space above the floor and forms a roof and side walls of the structure. The floor has three substantially rigid floor panels which may be arranged together to form a substantially planar floor, or connected together to form the base and sides of a container in which the canopy can be stored when in the collapsed state.

  • Publication number: 20240080965
Abstract: A method for producing a neutrons includes triggering a raising or a lowering of a temperature of a pyroelectric crystal of less than about 40° C. to produce a voltage of negative polarity of at least ?100 keV on a surface of a deuterated or tritiated target coupled thereto. A deuterium ion source is pulsed to produce a deuterium ion beam. The accelerating of the deuterium ion beam is achieved by accelerating voltage of the pyroelectric crystal toward the deuterated or tritiated target to produce neutrons. Furthermore, the pyroelectric crystal, the deuterated or tritiated target, and the deuterium ion source are coupled to a common support. The method also includes throwing the common support housing the pyroelectric crystal, the deuterated or tritiated target, and the deuterium ion source near an unknown threat for identification thereof.

  • Patent number: 11922151
Abstract: A single asynchronous enumerable object is generated that contains the data and methods needed to iterate through an enumerable asynchronously. The asynchronous enumerable object contains the code for traversing the enumerable one step at a time and the operations needed to suspend an iteration to await completion of an asynchronous operation and to resume the iteration upon completion of the asynchronous operation. The allocation of a single object to perform all of these tasks reduces the memory consumption needed to execute an asynchronous enumeration.

  • Patent number: 11914759
Abstract: Examples of augmented reality (AR) environment control advantageously employ multi-factor intention determination and include: performing a multi-factor intention determination for summoning a control object (e.g., a menu, a keyboard, or an input panel) using a set of indications in an AR environment, the set of indications comprising a plurality of indications (e.g., two or more of a palm-facing gesture, an eye gaze, a head gaze, and a finger position simultaneously); and based on at least the set of indications indicating a summoning request by a user, displaying the control object in a position proximate to the user in the AR environment (e.g., docked to a hand of the user). Some examples continue displaying the control object while at least one indication remains, and continue displaying the control object during a timer period if one of the indications is lost.

  • Publication number: 20240061885
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of constructing a finite automaton using regular expression derivatives to simulate behavior of a backtracking engine. The behavior indicates an order in which paths in an input regular expression are to be evaluated by the backtracking engine. The finite automaton is constructed to include a graph that includes a root node that represents the input regular expression. Regular expressions are derived such that each derived regular expression is a regular expression derivative of the input regular expression or of another derived regular expression. Priorities are assigned to alternations in the derived regular expressions to correspond to priorities indicated by the behavior. Nodes that represent the respective derived regular expressions and transitions between respective pairs of nodes are caused to be included in the graph. Priorities, which correspond to the order, are assigned to respective branches of the graph.

  • Publication number: 20240004616
Abstract: Utilizing role types that extend underlying types. Within a program definition, a computer system identifies a statement assigning an object of an underlying type to a role type that extends the underlying type. The underlying type implements a first interface, and the role type implements a second interface. Based on the role type extending the underlying type, the computer system assigns the object of the underlying type to the role type. Based on assigning the object of the underlying type to the role type, the role type is usable to interact with the object of the underlying type using both the first interface and the second interface.

  • Patent number: 11829921
Abstract: A system and method for recommending demand-supply agent pairs for transactions uses a deep neural network on data of demand agents to produce a demand agent vector, which is used to select supply agents based on their likelihood of future transaction and to find k nearest neighbor demand agents for each of the demand agents. The candidate supply agents and the k nearest neighbor demand agents are then combined to produce candidate demand-supply agent pairs, which are used to find recommended demand-supply agent pairs by applying modeling using machine learning.
