  • Patent number: 12243533
Abstract: Implementations can reduce the time required to obtain responses from an automated assistant through proactive caching, locally at a client device, of proactive assistant cache entries—and through on-device utilization of the proactive assistant cache entries. Different proactive cache entries can be provided to different client devices, and various implementations relate to technique(s) utilized in determining which proactive cache entries to provide to which client devices. In some of those implementations, in determining which proactive cache entries to provide (proactively or in response to a request) to a given client device, a remote system selects, from a superset of candidate proactive cache entries, a subset of the cache entries for providing to the given client device.

  • Patent number: 12243063
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for utilizing a bidirectional intermediate data transport layer to connect multiple customers to a shared, cloud-based AIOps service. As a feature of the intermediate data transport layer, each customer (and their data) may be isolated from other customers. In various examples, the cloud-based AIOps service may receive sensor data from customer systems via the intermediate data transport layer. The cloud-based AIOps service may analyze this sensor data (e.g. detect anomalies, perform root cause analyses, find optimal conditions, etc.), and modify the operation of one or more of the customer systems (e.g. modify the settings/configuration of a sensor on a piece of connected infrastructure) via the intermediate data transport layer. In certain examples, in addition to (or instead of) modifying the operation of one or more of the customer systems, the cloud-based AIOps service may provide an on-premises notification to a customer.

  • Patent number: 12244502
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for controlling message routing for transaction processing platforms. The routing of transaction messages mitigates service disruptions to client systems facilitating transactions with consumers. A connection management and transaction routing platform (CMTRP) system applies routing configurations, such as passthrough, throttling, and/or maintenance toggle configurations, to facilitate the routing of transaction messages. This routing may route message to different transaction processing platforms and/or different instances of transaction processing platforms. The CMTRP system also routes transaction messages when transaction processing functionality is being migrated from a first transaction processing platform to a second transaction processing platform and/or when a platform is undergoing maintenance.

  • Patent number: 12244617
Abstract: The technology relates to machine responses to anomalies detected using machine learning based anomaly detection. In particular, to receiving evaluations of production events, prepared using activity models constructed on per-tenant and per-user basis using an online streaming machine learner that transforms an unsupervised learning problem into a supervised learning problem by fixing a target label and learning a regressor without a constant or intercept. Further, to responding to detected anomalies in near real-time streams of security-related events of tenants, the anomalies detected by transforming the events in categorized features and requiring a loss function analyzer to correlate, essentially through an origin, the categorized features with a target feature artificially labeled as a constant.

  • Patent number: 12241891
Abstract: Multivalent binding compositions including a particle-nucleotide conjugate having a plurality of copies of a nucleotide attached to the particle are described. The multivalent binding compositions allow one to localize detectable signals to active regions of biochemical interaction, e.g., sites of protein-protein interaction, protein-nucleic acid interaction, nucleic acid hybridization, or enzymatic reaction, and can be used to identify sites of base incorporation in elongating nucleic acid chains during polymerase reactions and to provide improved base discrimination for sequencing and array based applications.

  • Patent number: 12242139
Abstract: The stabilized contact lens methods and apparatus disclosed herein provide improved stabilization of a contact lens placed on a cornea of an eye. The contact lens comprises stabilization zones that allow the lens to repeatedly and consistently orient on the cornea such that a sensing zone located on the lower portion of the lens is located inferiorly to engage the lower eyelid. The stabilized contact lens can provide a lower pressure sensing zone with decreased thickness for pressure or other sensing related to the lower eyelid. The decreased thickness has the advantage of improving coupling between forces from an eyelid and a lower chamber of a fluidic module. The improved coupling allows increased amounts of fluid to move between the lower chamber and an upper optical chamber coupled to the lower chamber, such that the upper chamber can increase curvature and optical power in response to pressures of the eyelid.

  • Patent number: 12239987
Abstract: Systems and methods for detection of a signal from droplets of an emulsion. An exemplary system may comprise a fluid transporter having a tube with an open end for aspirating droplets, a singulator to arrange the droplets in single file and to space the single-file droplets from one another, and a detection channel in optical communication with a detector configured to detect a signal from droplets. In some embodiments, the singulator may have a channel junction at which a stream of droplets in single file is combined with a stream of spacing fluid, and a tapered spacing channel extending downstream from the channel junction toward the detection channel. In some embodiments, the fluid transporter may suck droplet-containing fluid and spacing fluid through the detection channel from respective sources. In some embodiments, droplets may be subjected to a disaggregation routine before they are passed through the detection channel.

  • Patent number: 12243420
Abstract: A geo-converged telemetry (GCT) system is described that provides an exchange of geographically-relevant telemetry data amongst various vehicles, devices, and systems for providing a holistic view of a geographic area. Telemetry data from various sources may be continually collected and transmitted to a nearby node of a GCT system, where the data may be converged based on geolocation and processed. The same and/or other vehicles, devices, and systems may operate as telemetry consumers that receive feeds of geo-converged telemetry data that may be tailored to functionalities of the consumer. As a vehicle moves, data that are determined to be geographically-relevant changes. The location of the processing may move from one processing node to another processing node in the edge network such that the processing is located proximate to the vehicle to minimize latency and provide real time or near-real time feedback based on a holistic view of the geographic area.

  • Patent number: 12243112
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.
