  • Publication number: 20250076118
Abstract: The laser linewidth is an important parameter for characterizing the coherence properties of a single-frequency laser. The disclosure of this patent document provides techniques for characterizing laser spectral linewidths of single-frequency lasers in form of analytical formula in connection with the use of one or more Sigmoid functions of observation time by including various physical origins affecting the laser linewidths in addition to the natural linewidth caused by the spontaneous emission or quantum noise that can be described with an analytical expression known as the Schawlow-Townes-Henry formula. The disclosed methods for characterizing the laser linewidth caused by various factors in analytical formula can be advantageously used in various applications including designing an optical interferometer based sensing device using coherent laser light from a single-frequency laser.

  • Publication number: 20250080466
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for controlling message routing for transaction processing platforms. The routing of transaction messages mitigates service disruptions to client systems facilitating transactions with consumers. A connection management and transaction routing platform (CMTRP) system applies routing configurations, such as passthrough, throttling, and/or maintenance toggle configurations, to facilitate the routing of transaction messages. This routing may route message to different transaction processing platforms and/or different instances of transaction processing platforms. The CMTRP system also routes transaction messages when transaction processing functionality is being migrated from a first transaction processing platform to a second transaction processing platform and/or when a platform is undergoing maintenance.

  • Publication number: 20250081121
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices, and systems for wireless communications. The present implementations more specifically relate to reducing the power consumption of radio frequency (RF) power amplifiers without sacrificing power efficiency. In some aspects, an RF transmitter may include a modulator, a power amplifier, and a duty cycle controller coupled between the modulator and the power amplifier. The modulator is configured to modulate data onto a carrier signal according to a frequency modulation (FM) scheme. The duty cycle controller is configured to adjust a duty cycle of the FM signal based on a target output power associated with the power amplifier. In some implementations, the duty cycle controller may reduce the duty cycle of the FM signal so that the adjusted duty cycle causes the power amplifier to operate at the target output power. The power amplifier amplifies the adjusted FM signal for transmission over a wireless communication channel.
