  • Publication number: 20250117148
Abstract: An example method of threshold voltage offset calibration at memory device power up comprises: identifying a set of memory pages that have been programmed within a time window; determining, for each voltage offset bin of a plurality of voltage offset bins, a corresponding value of a data state metric produced by a memory access operation with respect to a memory page of the set of memory pages; identifying a subset of the plurality of voltage offset bins, such that memory access operations performed using the corresponding voltage offsets produced respective values of the data state metric that satisfy a predefined quality criterion; selecting, among the subset of the plurality of voltage offset bins, a voltage offset bin that is associated with the lowest voltage offset; and associating the set of memory pages with the selected voltage offset bin.

  • Publication number: 20250116826
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for connecting an optical fiber to a ferrule. The system and method facilitate the process of epoxying the optical fiber in a manner that avoid inadvertently adhering the fiber to the side of a connector housing, which can result in breakage of the optical fiber when in the field. The system and method provide a mechanism for easily epoxying the optical fiber to the ferrule while still allowing for some radial movement of the optical fiber within the connector housing, which is desirable. The system and method incorporate an end cap that centers the optical fiber in the connector housing during the connection process and also acts as a strain relief when in the field.

  • Publication number: 20250116693
Abstract: Described are techniques for electrical grid origination determination using Power Line Disturbance (PLD) characteristics. The techniques include detecting a first PLD in a first voltage feed of a first power unit at a first time. The techniques further include comparing the first PLD to other PLDs aggregated from multiple power units. The techniques further include determining that the first voltage feed of the first power unit originates from a same source as a second power unit based on a similarity between the first PLD and a second PLD of the second power unit satisfying a similarity threshold and occurring within a same timeframe proximate to the first time. The techniques further include recording that the first power unit and the second power unit receive power from a same source.

  • Publication number: 20250115277
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for autonomous vehicles to determine driving paths and associated trajectories through unstructured or off-route driving environments. When an object is detected within a driving environment, a vehicle may determine a cost-based side association for the object. Various costs may be used in different examples, including costs based on a cost plot and/or motion primitives that may vary for terminal and non-terminal desired destinations (or ending vehicle states). Using tree searches to determine estimated candidate costs, the autonomous vehicle may compare right-side and left-side driving path costs around the object to determine a side association for the object. Based on the side association, the autonomous vehicle may determine an updated planning corridor and/or a trajectory to control the vehicle from a current state to a desired ending vehicle state.

  • Publication number: 20250117334
Abstract: Purging resources from a cache in a distributed networked system is described. A compute server of a first data center of the distributed networked system receives a purge request to purge a resource from cache. If the purge request does not include a cache key, the compute server determines whether the purge request is valid, and if valid, purges the resource from cache of the first data center, generates a cache key for the resource, and causes the purge request that includes the generated cache key to be sent to other data centers of the distributed networked system for purging the resource from cache. If the purge request includes a cache key, the compute server skips determining whether the purge request is valid and purges the resource from cache based on the cache key.

  • Publication number: 20250119730
Abstract: A node of a network communicating via mobile ad hoc network (MANET) waveforms and incorporating internet protocol (IP) security (IPSec) measures includes a plaintext (PT) user system or host, ciphertext (CT) communications module including a radio system for transmission and reception via MANET waveforms, IPSec cryptographic units, and PT and CT convergence modules. IPSec units provide encryption and decryption of data traffic as well as cross-layer exchange between PT and CT convergence modules. PT convergence modules map output traffic and decrypted input traffic to CT capabilities and exchange reachability information (e.g., addresses of reachable nodes or systems) with counterpart PT convergence modules of peer nodes of the MANET. CT convergence modules converge encrypted input and output traffic based on CT capabilities.
