    Abstract: A assembly comprises: a first member, a second member and an anti-rotation device. The first member is provided with a bore and a groove on a surface of the bore. At least a portion of the second member is disposed within the bore in the first member and a recess is provided on a generally axially facing surface of the portion of the second member. The anti-rotation device comprises an arcuate resilient body comprising a radially inner portion and a radially outer portion, the radially outer portion being received within the groove, the radially inner portion abutting a surface of the portion of the second member. A first anti-rotation feature is provided on the radially outer portion for cooperation with a complimentary feature of the first member. A second anti-rotation feature is provided on the radially inner portion, extending away from the radially inner portion of the body in a generally axial direction and is received within the recess on the second member.

The radio frequency waveform includes at least one pulse having an overshoot peak. The electrosurgical generator further includes a clipper circuit coupled to the current source and the power converter, the clipper circuit configured to generate a clipping voltage to clip the overshoot peak; and a controller coupled to the power converter and configured to modulate the switching waveform to generate the radio frequency waveform.

    Abstract: A multi-fiber cable assembly includes an optical connector and a cable. The optical connector includes a connector body; an optical ferrule body, and alignment elements. The optical ferrule body has an end face defining a plurality of alignment openings arranged in rows and has a plurality of buckling chambers. Each buckling chamber is aligned with one of the rows of the alignment openings. The optical fibers of the cable have bare portions secured at a first end of the optical ferrule body using rigid epoxy. Each of the optical fibers is routed through one of the buckling chambers to one of the alignment holes.

    Abstract: A system and method can be used to denervate at least a portion of a bronchial tree. An energy emitter of an instrument is percutaneously delivered to a treatment site and outputs energy to damage nerve tissue of the bronchial tree. The denervation procedure can be performed without damaging non-targeted tissue. Minimally invasive methods can be used to open airways to improve lung function in subjects with COPD, asthma, or the like. Different sections of the bronchial tree can be denervated while leaving airways intact to reduce recovery times.

The scissor blades can also include actuation posts thereon. An actuation mechanism can include a slot to engage the actuation posts and open or close the blades of the scissor assembly. An erosion resistant insert located at an impingement site of a shot sleeve may accomplish the construction.
