  • Patent number: 10604355
Abstract: Flight and indexing assemblies for automated packaging systems provide better product spacing for faster and more reliable automation. In an example, a plurality of flights may include a plate- or sheet-like body with a perpendicular flange extending from an upper portion of the flight. Two adjacent flanges contain a pouch or other product to be packaged in a case. A flange constrains an upper portion of each pouch to a confined and predetermined area, thereby aiding grippers of an end-of-arm tool to grasp the pouches. A flight and product indexing assembly is configured to control spacing between adjacent flights, and to position pouches constrained between adjacent flights, so that flights position product at predetermined locations for gripping by the end-of-arm tool.

  • Patent number: 10581676
Abstract: Computer systems and methods are provided for storing configuration settings for services, and providing values for those configuration settings to services upon request. A configuration setting server system (CSSS) can receive properties files from different services, can extract configuration settings from each of the properties file received, can then determine an appropriate level within a hierarchy of the configuration settings that each configuration setting is to be assigned to, and then write each of the configuration settings to the appropriate level to generate a hierarchical configuration setting structure (HCSS) that is stored in a database such that all configuration settings for each of the services of the cloud infrastructure are stored in a hierarchal configuration.

  • Patent number: 10521498
Abstract: A document editor may manage suggested edits in a collaborative document. The document editor may instantiate a document model associated with the collaborative document. When a first editing suggestion is received for the collaborative document, a first suggestion command is associated with the first editing suggestion based on a type of the first editing suggestion and a type of the document model. The document editor may apply the first suggestion command on the document model to present the first editing suggestion within the collaborative document. When an acceptance indication for the first editing suggestion is received, the document model can be updated with the first suggestion command in response to the received acceptance indication.

  • Patent number: 10516579
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed herein for reconciling planned data for a network (such as a fiber optic network) with data describing the deployed network. Network probing and planning components obtain a snapshot of the deployed network and organize the snapshot into three “layers”: the “link layer,” which represents the physical links that underlie the network, the “digital layer,” which includes optical channel groups that divide the total capacity of the physical links, and the “service layer,” which includes the services delivered over the network. The techniques involve comparing the planned data to the deployed data in the order of link layer, digital layer, and service layer. Differences considered to be “minor” are reconciled automatically. Differences that are “major” are reconciled after receiving instructions from a planner or administrator regarding whether to update the planned data based on what was originally in the planned data or what is in the deployed network.

  • Publication number: 20190371578
Abstract: The systems and methods discussed herein are associated with substrate support pedestals used in processing chambers to manufacture semiconductors, electronics, optics, and other devices. The substrate support pedestals include an electrostatic chuck body bonded to a cooling base via a bond layer. A gas flow passage is formed between a top surface of the electrostatic chuck body and a bottom surface of the cooling base, and a porous plug is positioned in the gas flow passage. The gas flow passage passes through a hole in the bond layer and the porous plug and has a swept volume physically shielded from an inside edge of the hole in the bond layer, protecting the bond layer from erosion.

  • Patent number: 10462008
Abstract: Cart mode provisioning of shared computing devices refers to provisioning or configuring the shared computing devices so that the shared computing devices operate in an appropriate mode for a particular shared usage environment. Such a shared usage environment can be, for example, a school environment in which the appropriate mode is a mode in which the shared computing devices are locked so that a limited number of programs and network accessibility is available to the shared computing devices. A user of a setup computing device selects some preferences regarding the setup of the shared computing devices, and a configuration package is generated that includes various configuration information based on the user selections. The configuration package is then made available to the shared computing devices, which are configured or provisioned in accordance with the configuration information.
