Abstract: Disclosed is directed to a system and method for presenting mixed media. The system at least comprises location component, time component, and event component. Event component provides specified records or incidents. Location component provides specified places or areas. Time component provides specified time or time intervals. Disclosed embodiments create the multi-dimensional information retrieval, which is useful for user to obtain the relevant location and time while inquiring about a specific interesting event. Disclosed embodiments also present the interaction and relation of multi-dimensional information retrieval.

Abstract: A lead frame structure comprises a side rail, a first paddle, a second paddle, a plurality of leads, and an downset anchor bar. The first paddle is connected to the side rail via at least one first tie bar, and the second paddle is connected to the side rail via at least one-second tie bar. The first paddle and the second paddle separated from each other are used to define an area to support a chip. These leads set on the side rail expends toward to the chip supporting area. One end of the downset anchor bar is connected to the side rail, and the other end of the downset anchor bar has a protrusion portion which is between the first paddle and the second paddle and is downset from the side rail.

Abstract: A retaining structure for holding one or more electronic devices inside a point of sale system terminal includes a support housing having a back plate, two side plates connected with two opposite sides of the back plate, at least two first positioning portions formed on the back plate, and a support plate mounted on the back plate and having at least one protrusion, and a retaining member having at least two second positioning portions detachably coupled to the first positioning portions of the support housing, and at least one groove engaged with the protrusion of the support plate for holding the electronic device between the support housing and the retaining member without using any tool.

Abstract: An antenna device includes a pair of antennas and an isolating unit. The antennas have the same operating frequency. The isolating unit is disposed between the S antennas, and includes an LC circuit that has a resonant frequency, which is the same as the operating frequency of the antennas, thereby improving isolation between the antennas.

The support structure can be assembled without tool.

Abstract: A method for configuring a wireless distribution system is provided. In the method, a target node starts a building procedure and begins to broadcast a building information. A joining node starts a scanning procedure for scanning all channels available and locks one channel used by the target node. The joining node sends a connect request signal and a channel assign request to the target node. The target node selects one link and one channel available for the joining node for communication, and sends a channel reset signal to the joining node. The MAC address of the joining node is added into an internal table of the target node. After the joining node has received the channel reset signal, the MAC address of the target node is stored into an internal table of the joining node, and the designated link channel is configured.

Abstract: An optical system for a projector and an imaging method thereof. A light beam from a light source passes through a first lens set and a second lens set sequentially. The light beam having passed through the second lens set is reflected by a first mirror to pass through the second lens set again and arrived at an imaging device. The light is reflected from the imaging device to a projection lens set to project the light beam onto a screen.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for managing and setting many network devices, and the method is applied in a network management system. The network management system includes a management server and a plurality of network devices. The management server searches a network device connected to the management server and specifies one of the network devices connected to the management server as a master network device, and then searches all network devices that can be connected to the master network device. The searched network devices are set as candidate network devices and at least one candidate network device is set as a slave network device of the master network device, such that a single IP address of the master network device can be used for managing the slave network devices, and the management server can be used for managing many network devices distributed at different places.

Abstract: A miniaturized track exercising device includes a chassis on which a counterweight wheel set is provided. The counterweight wheel set is provided with a resistance adjusting unit. Two crank arms extend in opposite directions and are arranged on opposite sides of the counterweight wheel set. Each crank arm is pivotally connected to a pedal in an offset manner. The pedals are provided with a guide rail unit that is opposite to the crank arms with respect to the pedals and that provides a pivot joint and a fulcrum. Thus, when the pedals are being treaded, with the counterweight wheel set inducing a sufficient resistance that is adjusted with the resistance adjusting unit and the guide rail unit providing support against gravitational force acting on the pedals while the pedals undergo track motion, the pedals are constrained by the guide rail unit to generate an elliptical track motion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a single-driving dual-directional operation device for fitness equipment, including a driver assembly, a first motion assembly, and a second motion assembly. The first and second motion assemblies respectively include first and second one-way bearings that are operable in first rotational direction and opposite second rotational direction respectively to allow the first and second motion assemblies to selectively get in driving engagement with the driver assembly to be respectively driven thereby to rotate in the first and second directions. Thus, when the driver assembly is put in operation selectively in the first and second directions, rotation motion is respectively induced in the first and second motion assemblies via the first and second one-way bearings in an interference-free and independent manner.

Abstract: In a track control method for marking a label side of an optical disc, a data side of the optical disc is first oriented to an optical head. A light beam is then emitted and a sled carrying the optical head moves. A series of moving distances of the sled are calculated according to the light beam reflected by the optical disc, which are then recorded in a memory. The optical disc is then flipped to have the label side face the optical head, and the shift of the optical head is controlled to mark on tracks of the label side according to the series of moving distances recorded in the memory.

Abstract: Bandgap reference circuits capable operating in low voltage environments. In the bandgap reference circuit, a current generation circuit generates an output current obtained by combining a first current, a second current and a third current. The first current is converted from a first voltage and a first forward voltage of a first constant voltage generation element. The second current and the third current are both converted from a voltage difference between the first forward voltage and a second forward voltage of the second constant voltage generation element. A current-to-voltage generator converts the output current to an output voltage.

Abstract: Color intensity of a pigment containing cosmetic composition is increased by incorporating in the composition a color intensifying amount of: (i) a C12-C24 fatty alcohol, preferably a C14-C20 fatty alcohol, the fatty alcohol preferably being a branched chain fatty alcohol having a C6-C10 alkyl branch and (ii) an unsaturated dimerized or trimerized C14-C24 fatty acid, preferably an unsaturated dimerized or trimerized C16-C20 fatty acid that has 2 to 4, preferably 2, unsaturated bonds. Diisostearyl dilinoleate is preferred. Triisostearyl trilinoleate is most preferred. When then composition is an oil-in-water emulsion, the triisostearyl trilinoleate or diisostearyl dilinoleate is added to the emulsion after it is prepared in order to maximize color intensification.

The interior of the inner clutching member is provided with a rod for pivotal mounting. The top portion of the two ends of the first supporting frame is formed into a first clutching member which corresponds to the rod. A twisting module is also formed in the abdominal exerciser to permit both rocking seesaw motion and twisting motion.

The length of the first optical path is longer than twice the focal length of the first lens set, and the length of the fourth optical path is longer than twice the focal length of the second lens set.
