    Abstract: An array-type image forming apparatus and a method for compensating an image using the same include an image density determination unit to determine the image density of each line on a page, a storage unit stores one or more threshold values and a control unit compensates the image density by comparing the determined image density of each line and the threshold value. When the image density reaches the threshold value, the control unit modifies the amount of heat supplied to a print head, thus modifying the amount of ink applied to subsequent lines on the page, in order to provide compensation for the image density.

    Abstract: An antenna for vehicles includes a first AGC unit and a second AGC unit. The first AGC unit determines the strength of a signal, which is input to the input stage of an amplifier without passing through a transistor. Depending on the determination result, the first AGC unit attenuates the signal and output the attenuated signal to the transistor. When a signal having a value equal to or greater than a reference value is input to the input stage, the second AGC unit operates so as to output the signal without passing through the transistor. According to the antenna, both signals in a strong electric field area and signals in a weak electric field area close to the strong electric field area can be effectively controlled.

The apparatus for printing an image on a printing medium on which a barcode is written includes a sensor unit sensing the barcode and generating a sensing signal. A first counting unit counts the sensing signal to generate a first count value when the value of the sensing signal is changed from a high value to a low value. A second counting unit counts the sensing signal of the barcode simultaneously with the first counting unit to generate a second count value which is initialized whenever the value of the sensing signal is changed. A detecting unit detects the edge of the printing medium based on the first and second count values of the first counting unit and the second counting unit. A reading unit reads the barcode based on the second count value of the second counting unit.

The converter is installed in the terminal box, and detects the amount of load current flowing through the low voltage cable. The control unit compares the amount of load current with a preset reference data value, operates automatic circuit breakers, and connects or disconnects corresponding panel transformers to or from the load.

The method divides each of the heaters, which consecutively print at least two color images, into a predetermined number of groups of multiple heaters. The heaters in each group consecutively printing a first color image. When printing an image by consecutively printing more than two color images, the heating order is divided into 12 phases and the image is sequentially printed. Power consumed in driving the heaters is therefore reduced.
