  • Publication number: 20060099474
Abstract: A proton conductor or a single ion conductor having high conductivity and a broad operation temperature range, manufacturing methods thereof and an electrochemical capacitor using it are provided. A compound having a structural part of Chemical formula 1 and a compound having a structure of Chemical formula 2 are included. X represents a protoic dissociation group, R1 represents a component including carbon, R2 and R3 represent a component including carbon or hydrogen, and n is in the range of n?1. By action of the ?NCOH group of the compound having the structure of Chemical formula 2, protons can be dissociated from the compound having the structural part of Chemical formula 1 and migrated. Therefore, water retention becomes unnecessary, and high proton conductivity can be obtained in a broad temperature range.

  • Publication number: 20060094482
Abstract: A support shaft is received in a socket for relative rotation. A first hollow space penetrates through the support shaft. A first hollow member extends in a first direction from the tip end of the support shaft. The first hollow member defines a second hollow space extending in the first direction. The second hollow space receives a rotation shaft. A second hollow member extends in a second direction opposite to the first direction from the tip end of the support shaft. The second hollow member defines a third hollow space extending in the second direction from the tip end of the first hollow space. The electronic apparatus allows penetration of the wire through the first and third hollow spaces. No additional space is required around the second hollow member for locating the wire. The electronic apparatus is thus allowed to enjoy a reduced size or volume.

  • Publication number: 20060093306
Abstract: A three-dimensional photonic crystal having a wide and sharp bandgap, a manufacturing method thereof, a structural body for manufacturing this photonic crystal, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The structural body is formed by placing monodisperse particles in a recess having a regular quadrangular pyramid shape formed in a container, arranging the particles three-dimensionally by applying vibration, and performing sintering, so that adjacent particles are connected to each other with necks provided therebetween. A dielectric resin is impregnated in voids of the structural body and is then cured to form a composite. The composite is immersed in a solution which dissolves only the structural body. Monodisperse particles exposed at the surface of the composite are dissolved, and monodisperse particles adjacent thereto with necks provided therebetween are then sequentially dissolved, so that the whole structural body is finally dissolved.
