  • Patent number: 7724245
Abstract: At a writing time, a first transistor 412 is turned on so that a data signal Xj is supplied to one end of a capacitor 420. At this time, since a second transistor 414 is turned off, driving current does not flow to an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device 430. A power supply voltage Vdd is supplied to the other end of a capacitor through a power supply line L. However, since the driving current does not flow at the writing time, the power supply voltage Vdd is not reduced by the wiring line resistance of the power supply line L. On the other hand, at an emission time, the first transistor 412 is turned off and the second transistor 414 is turned on. Therefore, the driving current is supplied to the OLED device 430.

  • Patent number: 7714328
Abstract: The present invention provides an electro-optical device capable of achieving an increased light emission efficiency and an enhanced visibility. An organic electroluminescents (EL) display device has a plurality of material layers including a luminescent layer. In a plurality of material layers layered in the direction of light emission from the luminescent layer, first and second insulating interlayers are disposed between a substrate, which is positioned at the outermost surface, and the luminescent layer. The first and second insulating interlayers have a refractive index lower than that of the substrate. Accordingly, by forming predetermined materials having a low refractive index, the resulting low refractive index layers have a low dielectric constant, and consequently, the capacity between wires can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20100104916
Abstract: Gas discharge ports are provided in almost the entire area of a layer surface of a separator, and a gas for reaction is discharged like a shower from the separator toward a power generation cell. The separator is constructed by layering plate-shaped members containing iron-base alloy, nickel-base alloy, or chrome-base alloy as the base material. Silver, silver alloy, copper, or copper alloy is plated on both sides or one side of the base material of the plate-shaped member. The construction above can increase durability of a separator and enables the separator and a solid oxide fuel cell to be stably used for a long period.

  • Patent number: 7616423
Abstract: In order to compensate fluctuation of the characteristics of a field effect transistor and detect capacitive change of a capacitive element for measurement with high precision, the electronic circuit of the present invention includes; a transistor outputting current in response to voltage change, which is supplied from a variable voltage source to a current control terminal by capacitive coupling via the capacitive element for measurement; and the constant current source to output reference current; and the current detection circuit to detect output current outputted from the transistor. After making the reference current pass through the transistor and compensating fluctuation of threshold voltage, a switching element is turned “OFF” so as to make the current path between the gate and the drain of the transistor to be non conductive.

  • Patent number: 7554754
Abstract: A lens barrel has a first group frame provided with a rotating frame having a cam groove and made of a synthetic resin and a cam follower made of a synthetic resin integrated with the circumferential face for relative movement with the rotating frame and engaged with the cam groove, in which a shaft member made of metal is inserted into the center portion of the cam follower. If the lens barrel is dropped and the first group frame undergoes a relatively large impact force, the impact force acts between the cam groove and the cam follower, but since the shaft member is inserted into the cam follower as mentioned above, breakage of a root portion of the cam follower is prevented, and since the cam groove and the cam follower are both resin, plastic deformation on the cam groove side is also prevented.
