  • Publication number: 20160260724
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes a pair of selection gate transistors arranged on a semiconductor layer, and memory cell transistors arranged on the semiconductor layer between the pair of selection gate transistors. The memory cell transistors are connected to each other in series such that every two adjacent ones of the memory cell transistors share a source/drain region. Further, the memory cell transistors are arranged in an odd number between the pair of selection gate transistors.

  • Publication number: 20160142990
Abstract: A radio communication device includes: a receiver configured to receive first and second compressed data strings obtained by compressing, in a control device, a first data string as an object of radio transmission via a first antenna and a second data string as an object of radio transmission via a second antenna different from the first antenna; and a processor configured to process the first and second compressed data strings, wherein the processor: decompresses the first and second compressed data strings and restores the first and second data strings; measures a first decompression time taken for decompressing the first compressed data string and a second decompression time taken for decompressing the second compressed data string; and synchronizes radio transmission timings of restored first and second data strings based on a difference between the first decompression time and the second decompression time.

  • Patent number: 9225364
Abstract: In a distortion compensation apparatus, a monitor unit monitors a power value of a transmission baseband signal. An update control unit does not allow an updating unit to execute update processing when the power value monitored by the monitor unit is lower than a first threshold, and causes the updating unit to execute the update processing when higher than the first threshold. That is, the update control unit controls execution/non-execution of the update processing by the updating unit based on the monitored power value.

  • Patent number: 9148214
Abstract: A first apparatus at a first base station changes directivity of a first antenna connected in a direction of a cell of a second base station adjacent to the first base station, where directivity of some antennas of a second apparatus at the second base station is changed to a cell of the first base station and some radio resources are assigned to wireless communication with the first apparatus. The first apparatus receives a signal of a first frequency from the second apparatus via the first antenna, converts the received signal into a signal of a second frequency, demodulates the signal of the second frequency, corrects a delay of the demodulated signal caused by propagation of a radio wave and frequency conversion, and modulates the corrected signal to a signal of a third frequency which is transmitted to a cell of the first base station via a second antenna.

  • Publication number: 20040171090
Abstract: The present invention provides a immunogenic composition for inducing an immune response containing a CTL recognition antigen or an antigen epitope thereof, which can be obtained by screening a CTL recognition antigen or an antigen epitope thereof having an anti-tumor effect against HTLV-I tumors such as ATL, or a DNA that encodes them as an active ingredient and the like. Dominant epitope GAFLTNVPY was identified by the following steps: splenic T cells derived from immunocompetent rats immunized with HTLV-I-infected cell lines were stimulated with formalin-fixed HTLV-I-infected cell lines; HTLV-I-specific CTL cell lines were established; cytotoxic activities of the above-mentioned HTLV-I-specific CTL cell lines against target cells G14 sensitized with synthetic peptides which are candidate for an epitope were measured.
