    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a circularly polarized satellite antenna based on a magnetoelectric dipole. A floor is slotted, and an equivalent magnetoelectric dipole is excited using a grounded right-angle folded dipole, while two square parasitic patches are loaded to enhance a radiation performance, thus exciting a broadband high-gain circularly polarized radiation beam. The present disclosure utilizes the L-shaped right-angle folded dipole to simultaneously realize an ingenious combination of an electric dipole and a magnetic dipole, realizing a good circularly polarized radiation performance. At the same time, the present disclosure realizes circularly polarized radiation using a form of the magnetic dipole, which results in a stable pattern and a high gain.

The client device analyzes the two consecutive segments of the content item to identify a natural supplemental content insertion point within one of the two consecutive segments. The client device then decodes a first set of frames of the content item up to the natural supplemental content insertion point, a second set of frames of the supplemental content item and a third set of frames of the content item from the natural supplemental content insertion point.

    Abstract: An audible output of a vehicle is controlled based on a variety of driving characteristics and ambient conditions. In response to receiving an indication of a triggering of an activator of a horn of a vehicle, the system determines a driving characteristic of the vehicle based on vehicle sensor data. Then, based on the driving characteristic(s) determined, and/or based on the ambient conditions, an audible output tune is automatically set for output by the vehicle. A tune and volume of the audible output selected when the driving conditions and ambient conditions indicate an emergency situation will be different from the tune and volume selected for a non-threatening situation. Also, an audible output tune may be selected to be output at a later time when the vehicle reaches a destination to signal a person at the destination that the vehicle has arrived.

In one embodiment, the channel access information is determined based on the CAPC. In one embodiment, the SL resource scheduling is a DG or CG mode. One or more objects in the captured first video may be identified based on a detected gaze angle of a user wearing the head-mounted computing device. A target location in an environment may be determined, and based on such target location, the capture direction and zoom of the camera may be adjusted using the camera direction control element and the camera zoom control element, respectively. The camera may capture, based on the adjusted capture direction and the adjusted zoom of the camera, a second video using the camera of the head-mounted computing device.

The cell surface folate binding compound can trigger the receptor to internalize into the cell a bound compound. The ligand moieties of this disclosure can be linked to a variety of moieties of interest without impacting the specific binding to, and function of, the cell surface receptor, e.g., folate receptor. Also provided are compounds that are conjugates of the ligand moieties linked to a biomolecule, such as an antibody, which conjugates can harness cellular pathways to remove specific proteins of interest from the cell surface or from the extracellular milieu. Also provided herein are methods of using the conjugates to target a polypeptide of interest for sequestration and/or lysosomal degradation.

In one novel aspect, a combination of SL resource selection procedure and a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure are used for resource selection in unlicensed frequency bands. In one embodiment, a protection gap between the potential success of the LBT procedure and a starting position of candidate resources is dynamically configured. In another embodiment, a self-defer mechanism is performed in a protection gap between a success of the LBT procedure and the transceiving of the SL packets, including using a cyclic prefix (CP) extension and a timing advance (TA) to align the boundary of LBT success and transceiving, or performing a second LBT immediately before the transceiving of the SL packets. In yet another embodiment, one or more reserved candidate resources within the COT can be shared to other UE(s).

The dielectric constant of low temperature co-fired dielectric material can be continuously adjusted in a wide range of 7-12, the dielectric loss can be as low as 0.1% at 1 MHz. The material system can be sintered at 800-900° C. and co-fired with silver electrode. It can be used as the low temperature co-fired dielectric material. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the low temperature co-fired dielectric material with an adjustable dielectric constant.

    Abstract: A receive (Rx) UE performs blind detection to decode a first-stage Sidelink Control Information (SCI) in a received signal. The first-stage SCI contains control information for the Rx UE to locate time-and-frequency resources used by a transmit (Tx) UE. The time-and-frequency resources are used to transmit the first-stage SCI and a second-stage SCI via a Physical Sidelink Control Channel (PSCCH) and to transmit data via a Physical Sidelink Shared Channel (PSSCH) associated with the PSCCH. The Rx UE locates the second-stage SCI in the time-and-frequency resources based on the first-stage SCI. The second-stage SCI contains additional control information from the Tx UE to the Rx UE for the sidelink V2X communication. The Rx UE decodes the second-stage SCI using at least in part an identifier which identifies the Rx UE as a destination of the received signal.
