The method comprises steps of: 1) reaction, in the presence of at least one free radical initiator, of a reaction mixture comprising a compound of formula (I), and 2) reaction, at a temperature of 45° C. or above, of a reaction mixture comprising an ethylenically unsaturated monomer B and, independent from that of step 1), a compound of formula (I) and the macroinitiator of step 1) in solvent(s) to obtain the AB block copolymer; wherein the weight ratio of the compound of formula (I) to the macroinitiator in step 2) is at least 1:1000.

The method comprises: a terminal triggers a buffer status report (BSR) and obtains radio resource information of uplink component carriers in a radio network; one or more BSR data units are constructed based on information of buffer data volume to be transmitted; one or more uplink component carriers are selected from the uplink component carriers with available radio resources, and the BSR data unit(s) is/are transmitted on the selected uplink component carrier(s) to a network side. The present invention fully takes advantages of wide bandwidth of a long term evolution-advanced (LTE)-A system, and can realize high-efficiency-and-quality transmission of BSR data unit(s).

Abstract: A method and system for converting source tables of a database of the application to target tables of a new version of the database while reducing the amount of time that the database needs to be open in single-user access mode is provided. A conversion system divides the conversion into a multi-user phase and a single-user phase. During the multi-user phase, the conversion system can perform most of the conversions while the database is opened in multi-user access mode. The conversion system stores the converted data in auxiliary tables, rather than updating the source tables. During the single-user phase, the conversion system performs the remaining conversions and copies data from the source tables and the converted data from the auxiliary tables to the target tables.

The complex hydride material comprises MAlxByHz, wherein M is an alkali metal or group IIA metal, Al is the element aluminum, x is any number from 0 to 1, B is the element boron, y is a number from 0 to 13, and z is a number from 4 to 57 with the additive agent and catalyst still being present. The complex hydride material is capable of cyclic dehydrogenation and rehydrogenation and has a hydrogen capacity of at least about 4 weight percent.

In some embodiments, groups of training features derived from regions of training images may be trained to obtain a plurality of classifiers, each classifier corresponding to each group of training features. The plurality of classifiers may be used to classify groups of validation features derived from regions of validation images to obtain a plurality of weights, wherein each weight corresponds to each region of the validation images and indicates how important the each region of the validation images is. Then, a weight may be discarded from the plurality of weights based upon a certain criterion.
